Supply and Laying inreplacement of XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 16 Sq mm 4.0 core in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of authorised agency "B" check in replacement of Lube oil(15W40). fuel filter, Oil filters, Coolant top up will be done. Under 'C' Check " B- Check activities will be done along with Air filters replacement,Tapped set replacement if required ( Opening, adjusting, tightening of tappet cover complete by torque wrench by applying proper pressure , cleaning of complete sump from sludge of dirt, oil) etc and refitting for DG set including drain out (used) engine oil and filling new engine oil of Capacity 62.5 KVA Gen Set complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Engine oil, Air Filter, Fuel Filter, Oil Filter to be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items of schedule 'A'.

Supply only engine oil suitable for diesel generator set (Oil 15W/40) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Servo/ HP / Bharat Petroleum.

Supply only coolant suitable for radiator of DG sets complete all as specified and directed. Make: HP/TVS or Equivalent.

M&L for complete routine test of transformer of Cap 160 KVA (as per IE rules) with authorised agency once in 6 month as per the dirction of Engr-in-Charge and submit the all routine test certificate by the authorised agency to Engr-in-Charge for maint of our record of any cpacity of trnasformer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of LED Bldg security light fitting of Cap 25 / 20 Watt repair and replacement of Electronic Driver as per required and refixing the same existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of motor from pump after disconnection of mechanical tyre coupling and unbolting from foundation base plate,discconection of electric connection from terminal loading/unloading the motor to vehicle and transportation of the motor to workshop, cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning matterial and rewinding of stator winding with supper enameled copper wire as per existing the size/gauge wire and turn of the previous winding, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish . Afterward heating the stator in heat chamber for continous 2 days for better insulation resistance reassembling the stator & rotor carefully after replacement of worn out bearings, transportation of motor from workshop to its original location, unloading the motor and placing it on base frame, connection of motor with pump with tyre coupling and fixing to the base frame after checking up the alignment, testing of motor with megger for checking of insulation resistances, electric connection of motor to the control panel, testing on load for continous running for 3 hrs of capacity 12.5 HP Induction motor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of centrifugal pump after disconnecting from motor , mechanical tyre coupling, suction/discharge pipe line and unbolting from foundation base plate loading/unloading the pump to the veh and transportation to workshop for repair/replacement/maint and incl dismantle & re-assembling the pump set, including necessary lathe/grinding work of stainless steel shaft , housing , impeller for smooth running and replacement of packing gaskets etc. after repair/replacement/maint transportation the same back from workshop to site, including re-assembling , recoupling the pump with motor on base frame, checking the alignmment with motor, testing & commisioning on completion and checking upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge of capacity 12.5 HP complete all as specified and directed. M/L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode of size 60cmx 60cmx6mm thick, burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected with GI wire 4 mm dia earth lead by means of nuts, bolts,check nuts and washers and galvanised iron of steel 15mm bore pipe medium grade for protection connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and directed including , 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering,funnel with wire mesh, PCC pit with RCC cover including necessary earth work excavation and removal etc complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and complete all as specified and directed.
