Taking down shutter exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening safely (including minor repairs ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including dismantling existing tile flooring with bedding layer of mortar, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 2 but in daddo, skirting over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4)

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including dismantling existing tile flooring with bedding layer of mortar, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 4 but in daddo, skirting over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4)

M&L Marble work 10mm to 15mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking plateform window cill etc in cement mortar including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of green/ Black Marble Bhaislana Zebra over 15mm thick bedding layer of mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tile with bedding layer of mortar, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated) steet in roof covering/Ridges all as specified and directed

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 but plain steel sheet as in roof covering Ridge /cladding to wall.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:6 mortar including demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry laid in cement mortar and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 10 but except bricks.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixed (Fe-290 Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed cement mortar 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry, pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including dismantling existing tile with bedding layer of mortar, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers (10mm th base layer & 5mm thick with water prooding compound) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete, making the line in true shape, finishing the surface smooth without using extra cement using liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat primer etc alcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of wall by applying wall care putty not less than 1mm thick (to obtain smooth and even surface) and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified & directed.

M&L two coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L two coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on old surfaces including minor repairs to make surface good etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surafces and aplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair CP urinal spreader top inlet 15mm with fixing studs etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling of 6 mm thick gypsum tiles (600x600mm) laminated with PVC film on the face side & metalised polyester film on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film (shade either plain white or crack) in a grid size of 605x605mm with GI frame work with grid size of 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.5mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre with GI wire hangers 4mm dia (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including taking down existing grid along with existing ceiling board of any type/pattern complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregates) as in kerb stone , etc. (of required section as indicated), including necessary forms, moulds and form work etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggreegate) type D2 etc all as specified.

M&L sand filling under floors for sand cushioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick cobbleshape neta design factory made (precast), cement concrete paver of approved shape of different shades laid over 25mm thick sand cushion over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggaregate) in sub base including demolition of existing PCC and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for slate stone wall cladding forming stone finish minimum 18 mm thickness as per sample kept in GE office laid over mix of cement and adhessive as per manufacturer's instruction as in wall finishes including dismentling of old existing finishes, removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 4925.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
