Dewatering as per site condition and as directed including pumping the water carefully without affecting the nearby site by engaging 5HP diesel pump including supply of 5HP diesel pump, suction & delivery pipe, fuel, operation, hire & running charges of pump, operator, all labour, transportation, T&P, equipments, fuel, tollage, taxes excluding GST, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. N.B.: No idle hours shall be paid.

Dismantling of existing structures like pathway, culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structures comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres where Cement Concrete is of Grade M-15,M-20 etc, by mechanical means and manual means including all labour, fuel and other equipment, taxes excluding GST, tollage and complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. N.B.: Steel scraps, pipes etc. if any found during dismantling need to be returned to PPT Central store.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil from the existing ground level, etc. with all leads and lifts disposing and spreading the excavated material within a lead of 5km at locations as directed with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and filling with saline sand for embankment, under drain, kerb wall, paver blocks, toe wall & culverts etc. to the required level including transportation within a lead of 5 Km. (avg.) by private trucks with polythene covering at the top to prevent spillage/blowing of sand including loading at one end and unloading at other end, spreading in layers, leveling, watering, compacting by VRR (wherever required)/Earth vibrator (wherever required) in suitable layers with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, engagement hire and running charges of all equipments, testing charges, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to get at the payable quantity.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC under drains, medians, kerb walls, toe wall, culverts etc. including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 using 20mm & down grade hard granite chips (Crusher Broken) for making stools for resting DI water supply pipes of approved quality including, mixing in batching plant, hoisting, laying in proper profile, compacting with mechanical vibrator, curing, maintaining proper level & slope, finished smooth to the exposed surface etc complete with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, water charges, hire & running charges of machineries, barricading the work site etc including cost of all materials, testing charges, taxes excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (But excluding cost of binding wire, cost of steel, labour charges for bending/binding of steel & cost of form work).

Cement concrete M20 using 20mm & down grade hard granite chips (Crusher Broken) of approved quality for making drains, medians, kerb walls, culverts, drainage holes etc. of approved quality including mixing in Batching Plant, hoisting, laying in proper profile, compacting with mechanical vibrator, curing, maintaining proper level & slope, finished smooth to the exposed surface etc complete with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, water charges, hire & running charges of machineries, barricading the work site to ensure safety of new concrete structures etc. including cost of all construction materials testing charges, core cutting testing charges, taxes excluding GST, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (But excluding cost of binding wire, cost of steel, labour charges for bending/binding of steel & cost of form work). N.B:-(Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work)

Cement concrete of M-30 grade (Using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC box culvert work), mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying on RCC box culvert in panels of required size, consolidating by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, all transportation charges, all construction materials testing charges, compressive strength test of concrete cubes, core cutting, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, but excluding cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel, taxes excluding GST,etc all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. N.B:-(Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work)

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications of SAIL/ VIZAG/ TISCON steel brands conforming to IS-1786 specifications including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, all construction materials testing charges, labour, transportation, T&P, taxes excluding GST, tollage, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the prepared subgrade surface, compacting with VRR (wherever required) and Earth vibrator (wherever required) for both Dry & Wet rolling all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, hire & running charges of all equipments, operator expenses cost of water, tollage, fuel, lubricants, taxes excluding GST etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-I metal of size 45mm to 90mm of approved quality over the prepared sub-base, to the required slope in layers, filling the interstices with required granite stone quarry dust as per MORTH specification, compacting by smooth wheeled VRR (wherever required)/ Earth vibrator (wherever required) of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight for both Dry and Wet rolling including supply of all materials, all construction materials testing charges, labour, T&P, transportation charges, engagement, hire and running charges of all equipments, watering, taxes excluding GST etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-II metal of size 45mm to 63mm of approved quality & filling the interstices with required Quarry Dust as per MORTH specification, laying over the compacted Gr-I surface to required slope, compacting by VRR (wherever required)/ Earth vibrator (wherever required) of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight for both Dry & Wet rolling including supply of all materials, all construction materials testing charges, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, tollage, water sprinkling, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-III metal of size 22.4mm to 53mm of approved quality & filling the interstices with required granite stone quarry dust as per MORTH specification, laying over the compacted Gr-II surface to the required slope, compacting by smooth wheeled VRR of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight including supply of all materials, all construction materials testing charges, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, water sprinkling, royalties, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid, smooth, leak proof, centering & shuttering with form works made out of new ply/ Steel shutters for raft, walls, roof slab or any other structure as may be required, providing openings of specified size on walls, chipping & coaltaring after each use of shuttering materials, dismantling the same after stripping off period over including staging/scaffolding with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, taxes excluding GST etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bituminous emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surfaces and spraying primer as 0.70 kg/Sqm to 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause No.502 of MOSRTH specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all material, T&P for laying 75mm built up Spray grouting in layers applying tackcoat of 3kg of bitumen for 10.0 Sqm using 0.5 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard C.B metal and 15kg of penetration grade 60/70 to 80/100 bitumen for 10.0Sqm in each layer with 0.13 cum of 12mm size C.B Chips as key stone for 10.0Sqm spreading over including cleaning the road surface by removing debrises, heating, pouring, spreading bitumen metal chips and rolling by PRR of approved capacity, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all materials, labours and T&P for scraping, cleaning the road surface for laying 75mm thick Bituminous Macadam of (Gr-II) using nominal aggregate size of 26.5 mm with grading as per Table 500-10 of MOSRTH( Fifth Rivision) and VG-30 Paving bitumen and mixing in a hot mix plant of suitable capacity, applying tack coat @0.20 to 0.30Kg/Sqm before laying of pre-coated mix, conveying the pre-coated mix, laying to road and camber by using hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor device to control the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with 8 to 10 tone static weight smooth wheeled road roller including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries ,barricading the area for proper safety of the DBM without obstructing the traffic, including cost of conveyance of material, operator expenses, T&P, transportation charges, fuel and lubricants, all testing of construction materials, core cutting & test charges, taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. N.B.: Mix design shall be established in accordance with the Clause No. 505.3 of MOSRTH (Fifth Revision)

Providing and laying Semidense bituminous concrete of (Gr.-II) in one layer with hot mix plant of suitable capacity using crushed aggregate 13.2mm nominal size of specified grading as mentioned in Clause 507 of MOSRTH and bituminous binder of VG-30 of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor device to control the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause No.508 of MOSRTH specifications for Road & Bridges including barricading the area for proper safety of the SDBC without obstructing the traffic, operator expenses, cost of all materials,T&P, transportation charges, fuel and lubricants, all testings of construction materials, core cutting & testing charges, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. N.B.: Mix design shall be established in accordance with Clause No. 507.3 of MOSRTH(Fifth Revision)

Rough stone dry packing with soling stone with approved hard stones on slopes including rough dressing, breaking, necessary hand packing and ramming down small stone pieces, compacting and preparing the bed to proper level and camber with necessary cushioning over bed and ultimate filling of voids including cost of labour with lead and lift, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying 300 MM thickness (approximate finished thickness) stone pitching with approved hard stones weighing not less than 30kgs on slopes and floor including rough dressing, breaking, necessary hand picking and ramming down small stone pieces in the interstices and grouting with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) finished flush, compacting and preparing the bed to proper level with ultimate filling of voids including cost of transportation charges, all labour, lead and lift, cement of approved quality, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes by making suitable opening or drilling in existing Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure complete including cost of transportation charges, all labour, lead and lift, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying two coats of coal tar or bitumen confirming to IS 3117-1965 on the top and sides of RCC box slabs @ 1.70 Kgs/Sqm after cleaning the surface including cost of transportation charges, all labour, lead and lift, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of payloader for clearing the area or for any other purpose including cost of hire & running charges, fuel, lubricants, T&P, operator expenses, taxes excluding GST etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB: No idle hours shall be paid.

Engagement of Tipper for transportation of debrises and disposing the same at designated areas including cost of hire & running charges of Tractor, fuel, lubricants, operator expenses,T&P, taxes excluding GST and etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. No idle charges shall be paid.

Engagement of Hydraulic Excavator of 2 cum bucket capacity for clearing the area for survey or for any other purpose including the cost of hire & running charges, fuel, lubricants, T&P, operator expenses, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB: No idle hours shall be paid.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc. on roads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control upto 10 cm in width including cost of all labour, testing charges, fuel, tools, and other equipment, taxes excluding GST, transportation charges and complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with 1:1.5:3 cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including all labour, testing charges, fuel, painting the MS members with two coats of epoxy paint, tools and other equipment, tollage, taxes exclcding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand including all labour, testing charges, fuel, tools, and other equipment, taxes excluding GST and complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting the kerb stones with two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including all labour, testing charges, fuel, tools, and other equipment, taxes excluding GST and complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
