Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503 and IRC-16-2008

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects for Grading-I ( 19 mm nominal size ) Bitumen (VG-30)

Supply & fixing of M-20 grade precast cement concrete Kerb or Dand upto 60 cm length over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including jointing earth work, pointing & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 of size,(20 x 25)/2 x 30 cm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 25 mm thick.

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia Mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) etc complete as per approved design excluding plastering of jambs, sills and soffits 40 mm thick

Providing & laying Chequered terrazzo tiles of approved make 22mm thick with marble chips of size upto 6mm, in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed wit pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect as per specification, on 28mm thick bed of C.M. 1:4 : Light shade using shade cement.

Rough Chisel dressed Kota stone 35 mm thick flooring of approved shade set in pattern over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and pointing with cement sand mortar 1:3 with pigment to match the shade of stone with joint thickness up to 15 mm complete in all respects :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
