Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within all lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge :-.For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm including all leads & lifts and carriage of materials up to site of work as per the intire satisfaction of Engieer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in Size of Tile 600x600 mm Kajaria,NITCO ,Somy, Orint,RAK,Johnson & Johnsonn different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including routing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.complete as per intire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge in all leads & lifts and including carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm. in all leads &lifts including carriage of materials as per intire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads &lifts including carriage of materials as per intire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved location as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and disposal upto approved dumping site for all leads & lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more..
