SECTION-I : STREET LIGHT & LANDSCAPE LUMINAIRES

LED luminaires for Street Lighting : Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of following LED luminaires on existing poles, including internal wiring with 3 Core 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable from terminal box at bottom of the pole to the luminaire, earthing of luminaire etc as per instructions of the EIC. Note: 1) The scope includes providing suitable GI nipple to mount the LED luminaires on existing poles. 2) Independent wiring to be done for each fixture from terminal box. 3) No negative tolerance is allowed on the min. system performance parameters indicated in SOQ & specifications.

Street light LED luminaries having a minimum efficacy of 110 lumen/watt and a minimum output of 7000 lumens, with 4000 to 5700 degree K CCT & pressure die cast Aluminium housing, UV stabilized polycarbonate / toughened glass diffuser having IP66 & IK07 protection etc. as per specifications, mounted on existing pole.

Street light LED luminaries having a minimum efficacy of 110 lumen/watt and a minimum output of 3500 lumens, with 4000 to 5700 degree K CCT & pressure die cast Aluminium housing, UV stabilized polycarbonate / toughened glass diffuser having IP66 & IK07 protection etc. as per specifications and instructions of EIC. The luminaire shall be mounted on 40 mm NB G.I pipe medium variety to IS 1239, 0.9m long bend to shape welded on GI plate fixed to wall with anchor fastner, GI saddle etc. as shown in drawing. Scope also includes internal wiring with 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor PVC wires from nearest existing terminal box to fixture in the PVC rigid/ flexible pipe & earthing.

Post top LED indirect lighting luminaries having a minimum efficacy of 100 lumen/watt and a minimum output of 3500 lumens, with 4000 to 5700 degree K CCT having IP65 & IK07 protection etc. as per specifications, mounted on existing pole.

SOLAR POST TOP LANTERN : Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of post top luminaire mounted on 4m (above ground) Al alloy pole with UV resistant powder coating and with solar PV panels mounted on all four vertical sides of pole (2m from top) & integrated Li-ion battery with MPPT solar charge controller mounted inside the pole. The luminaire shall have min. 2500 lumen output, IP66 with 4000K CCT. The scope of item shall include the cost of RCC foundation, foundation bolts, anchor plates, nuts, washers, & including excavation in all types of soil/foot path cutting, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation, disposal of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and making good to the original finish etc as per enclosed detailed specifications & drawings, as required to complete the work in all respect as per instructions of the E-I-C. Note: The RCC foundation shall be as per Drg. No. DCSEM/SDS/STD.DRG./STREET LIGHT POLE-01/8719-R0

Supply & erection of 7 to 12W Bollard fixture, 800-1000 mm high, min.IP 65, IK 05, 2700-4000 degree K CCT, with PCC block of 200 x 200 x 200 mm for mounting on ground, anchor fastners, 2 nos 40/33 mm HDPE pipes in PCC block for passage of loop in & out cables etc. earthing etc. complete as required as per instructions of E-I-C.

Supply & fixing of recess mounted LED step light having power consumption of approximately 3-10 W with CCT of 3000K having IP65 & IK 06 protection etc. complete as required as per instructions of E-I-C.

Supply & fixing of surface mounted LED step light having power consumption of approximately 3-10 W with CCT of 3000K having IP65 & IK 06 protection etc. complete with back box as required as per instructions of E-I-C.

Supply & erection of 6 to 10W LED bush light IP 65, IK 05 CCT 2700 to 4000K mounted with adjustable bracket on PCC block of 200 x 200 x 200 mm for mounting on ground, anchor fastners, 2 nos 40/33 mm HDPE pipes in PCC block for passage of loop in & out cables etc.

Ground Embedded Luminaires: SITC of ground embedded LED luminaire with pre mounting accessories embedded in PCC foundation and have integral gland for cable entry & exit and connector suitable for 3C x 2.5 / 1.0 sqmm Cu cable. Note: The scope includes supply and installation of driver and 12/24V power supply unit for ground embedded luminaires in suitable size IP 65 polycarbonate box (common/separate for luminaires) as per instructions of EIC.

15-20W LED inground circular luminaire, min IP 67, IK 10, RGB CCT.

1-2W LED inground circular luminaire, min IP 67, IK 10, 3000K CCT

10-25W LED inground linear luminaire, 0.5 to 1m length, min. IP 67, IK08, 4000K CCT.

Supply & fixing of wall surface mounted LED flexible linear light approx. 10W/m with CCT of 3000K, having IP65 & IK 06 protection etc. complete as required as per instructions of E-I-C. Note: The scope includes supply and installation of driver and 12/24V power supply unit for luminaires in suitable size IP 65 polycarbonate box as per instructions of EIC.

SECTION -II : INDOOR LUMINAIRES

LED indoor Luminaires : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED luminaires complete with accessories etc on surface of slab/beam by 2 nos (minimum) of 6 mm anchor fasteners or on wall with 2 nos of wood screws, nylon plug etc., suitable supporting frame fixed with rag bolts grouted on the wall/anchor fastener on the beam/on the column & other fixing accessories etc provision & connection with 1.5 sq.mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC wires etc., all as per drawing, specifications & as per the instruction of E.I.C. Note: 1) Sample luminaire/fittings shall be got approved from Dept with complete technical data. 2) All luminairess shall be with drivers. 3) Cost of mounting accessories shall be included in luminaires cost. 4) The lumen output indicated is minimum system output of luminaire. 5) No negative tolerance is allowed on minimum system performance parameters indicated in the SOQ and specifications.

L.T Cables: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade aluminium/ Cu stranded circular/ sector shape core conductor with XLPE insulation, extruded PVC inner sheathed, G.I flat strip/wire armoured, extruded FRLS grade antirodent & anti termite PVC (ST-2)outer sheathed cable conforming to IS : 1554 Part I / IS 7098 Part-I with latest amendments, fixed on wall/existing HDPE pipe/ existing cable tray /existing hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S. spacers/angles and saddles as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C & of the following sizes: Note: HDPE pipe shall be measured seperately under item no. 5.4 of Section-V

LT Cables End Joints: End jointing of following sizes of cable by crimping with supply of all jointing materials like solderless tinned copper cable socket,double compression brass cable glands, gland earthing, insulation tape, flux, duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip & to the nearest earthing bus terminals as per the drawings, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

SECTION-IV : EMERGENCY VOICE EVACUATION SYSTEM

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Public Address system as per relevant standards, as directed by E-I-C and consisting of the following: Note: 1) Scope includes submission of factory test report of controller, amplifire, speakers call station etc. 2) Scope includes interconnection of various PAS components in 19" cabinet. 3) Make of all the components of PAS shall be same. 4) The sysem shall be suitable for networking using open technologies.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 8 zone digital System Controller complete in 19'' Rack mountable Dual tone, integration with existing Fire alarm system, control for Speech & Music, tone generator & Speech Processor with relays for activating tone & pre-recorded fire alarm messages etc. Note: Scope also includes interconnection of existing FA panel (adjacent to proposed PA console in security room) with PA controller including testing & commissioning of interface of integrated FA-PA system

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of double section 19" wall mounted pivoting type, 15 U height & 600 mm depth rack having safety glass door & with standard accessories, including power supply panel, fans, cable manager, full cable entry plate with brush at top & bottom etc. complete as required & as per instructions of EIC.

Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of 19''rack mounted 2 x 500W class-D Power Amplifier with on board DSP power for local signal processing, Switched mode power supply, Local audio inputs, Mains and battery operation and supervision etc.

Basic Call Station with Power 'ON' indication, status/fault indications, priority level of destination is higher than that of the pending announcement indication, Supervision of microphone capsule and with built in On board DSP power for local audio processing. The call station basic can make manual or prerecorded announcements to any pre-assigned zones. The call station shall be provided with 18" gooseneck type microphone. The call station shall be provided with built in numerical keypad. The call station shall be fully supervised and must supports failsafe operation. Even if the network controller fails, the call station shall be able to put through emergency calls.

Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of 2 core twin twisted 48/0.2 ATC, multi stranded, overall PVC insulated and armoured cable (Blue colour) in existing PVC mini trunking, proper dressing of cables and including the cost of termination’s as required, complete as per instructions of E-I-C. The cost of mounting base boxes & the cost of providing cable glands etc. shall be included in the scope of work.

Supply & installation of DVD player with USB support, in-built compressor & limiter as per instruction of EIC.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 kVA double conversion (online) rack mountable UPS with single phase input and single phase output configuration with min. 15 minutes battery backup at 100% load using inbuilt sealed maintenance free batteries, flexible chord with plug in existing network rack as per instructions of EIC.

SECTION- V : MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

Terminal Boxes: Supply & erection of min. IP 65, Polycarbonate terminal box of 250 x 200 x 115 mm size, housing 4 Nos terminals (for 10 sqmm Al cable) on epoxy insulator,3 nos. 3-6A SP MCB, 1 no. brass neutral link & 1 no. brass earth link etc. including internal interconnection from terminals to SP MCB, suitable for mounting on external wall etc. for distributing power to landscape luminaires etc. as per instructions of E.I.C.

Cable Marker : Supply, installation of oval/circular shaped G.I cable marker engraved as "LT/HT Cable/HT straight through joint" complete with 32mm dia NB medium G.I pipe support as per IS 1239 with 1:2:4 PCC base concreting, G.I nut bolts, including excavation in all types of soil upto required depth and refilling etc all as per drawing, specifications and as per the instructions of E.I.C

Supply & installation of 250 mm dia heavy duty RCC Hume pipe of class 'NP3' to be laid in ground/from concrete cable trench to ground, for passing of cables with necessary joints, concrete supports. Scope includes escavation below ground level in all types of soil/concrete road cutting/foot path cutting, nallah cutting /any RCC wall/floor cutting including back filling, dewatering, consolidation, reinstatement of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and original, disposal making good to the original finish etc. spare space of hume pipes after cable laying and spares hume pipes shall be sealed properly with fireproof materials.

HDPE pipe : Supply & laying of 50/42mm dia HDPE PLB duct in ground at depth of 750 mm including excavation in all types of soil including hard rock if any cutting of existing footpath, road etc, sand bedding, laying of warning tape on top, temporary reinstatement. back filling ,dewatering if necessary consolidation, disposal of excess earth with in the radius of 500 m etc. or fixed on wall/column/slab with 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/ grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S. spacers/angles all as per the attached work specification and instructions of EIC. Note: 1) The scope of work includes HDPE pipe accessories such as couplers, cable end plugs, cable sealing plugs etc.

Supply & installation of 25mm high mechanical stress (HMS) rigid PVC conduit having ISI marked IS 9537 Part - 3, including fixing accessories & hardware concealed /exposed in slab/wall or on 5mm. thick G.I. spacers fixed with no. 10 nettle fold wood screws with nylon plug complete with all conduit accessories 20 SWG G.I. Saddles, MS/PVC pull out boxes, MS/PVC junction boxes, couplers, bends binding wires etc. as per site condition & as per instructions of E-I-C

M. S. Boxes : Fabrication, supply and installation of M.S. boxes with 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of enamel / PU paint as per instructions of EIC.

Earthing of light poles etc. with 8 SWG G.I earth wires 8 m long coiled in 1m dia at a depth of 1400mm below ground level complete with soldering and connections with sockets etc all as as per instruction of E.I.C

Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 8 SWG GI earth in existing HDPE pipe complete with soldering and connections with sockets etc all as as per instruction of E.I.C

Blank PVC Mini trunking : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following sizes of ISI marked white / Ivory u-PVC mini trunking, with its all accessories on surface of slab/wall/column fixed with nylon plug, with counter sunk tinned brass wood screws etc. complete with all accessories like junction boxes, coupler, elbow , Tees, PVC clamps, etc. as required at site & as per instructions of EIC.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 kV FRLS grade PVC insulated copper wires of following sizes in existing PVC trunking/conduit etc. including termination with suitable copper lugs etc. complete with all accessories as per specification and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation of 19-25mm flexible corrugated PVC reinforced conduits with accessories as per instruction of E.I.C.

Supply, fixing & installation of pre mixed & ready to use M/s. HILTI make firestop foam CP 620 in 300ml bottle for sealing openings in electrical shafts, Telephone shaft, raceways & cutouts, hume pipes & where ever required & as per instruction of EIC.

Supply, fixing & installation of pre mixed & ready to use M/s. HILTI make firestop mortar CP 636 for sealing openings in electrical shafts, Telephone shaft, raceways & cutouts, hump pipes & where ever required & as per instruction of EIC.

Supply and fixing in position of 'A' class ELASTOMER' insulating mat for protection to operators for working voltages upto 3.3 KV as per IS 15652 - 2006 of size 1000 mm (W) as per instructions of EIC.

Providing and fixing danger plates made of mild steel 200x150mm atleast 2 mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides and with inscriptions "Medium Voltage" in single red colour on front side as required.

Supply & fixing of ABC type Fire extinguisher (IS 15683) -10 kg capacity

Supply & erection of canopy type MS structure made of 40 NB medium MS pipe as per IS 1239 with floor stand 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle iron framework and 14 SWG GI sheet covering and providing 4 nos 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint with written with white paint 'FIRE' and including filling with clean sand, complete as required & as per instructions of EIC.

Supply & erection of min. IP 65, Polycarbonate terminal box of suitable size, similar to Plexo boxes of M/s Legrand housing 2 nos.16A universal modular socket with 16A modular switches complete with mounting GI pedestal, PCC works etc. as per instructions of EIC. Note: The scope includes interconnection of sockets & switches with 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC Cu wires.

Fire Alarm Panel: Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of min. 2 loop Fire alarm Panel of M/s Honeywell Esser make IQ 8C suitable for wall mounting complete with operating front, loop cards, interconnecting cables etc. as per instructions of EIC. The FA Panel shall be integrated with existing M/s Honeywell Esser make IQ 8M FA panels in hostel buildings and Substation.

Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of network card of M/s Honeywell Esser make part no. 784840.1 suitable for use in IQ8 series Fire alarm Panels including interconnecting cables etc. as per instructions of EIC.

Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of 12 relay transponder of M/s Honeywell Esser make part no. 808610.1 with surface mounting housing box and interconnection & integration with existing M/s Honeywell Esser make IQ 8M & IQ 8C FA Panels.

External FA System Cabling : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2C x 1.5 sqmm shielded twisted pair Cu cable with G.I. wire/strip amoured, PVC sheathed cable fixed on wall/ column / slab on 5mm. thick GI spacer/MS flat support fixed with wood screws with 20 SWG GI saddle etc all fixing accessories or in existing HDPE pipe/ PVC mini trunking etc. as per instructions of EIC.
