The scope of work in brief covers, Comprehensive AMC of Xerox machines installed at various KPCL offices at Ganeshgudi, including Identifying/labeling all Xerox machines (and related components, if any) covered under Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract, Supply and installation of spares/replacement of defective components, Preventive and breakdown maintenance along with repair/replacement of all defective components. The expense for the to and fro transportation of the equipments to contractors works for repairs, insurance etc shall be borne by the contractor concerned. The contractor has to ensure uninterrupted working of all Xerox machines. Skilled manpower shall be deployed for executing the work. Detailed specification and scope of work is furnished in Section-I, II and III in eportal.
