Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes (Class LA) conforming to IS - 1536 : 150 mm dia pipe

Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes (Class LA) conforming to IS - 1536 : 100 mm dia pipe

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all heights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. Approved cramps/ pins etc.shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineerin-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).
