Schedule 'A' Section - I

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring(light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc complete.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, on wall/ceiling surface of any description and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally, flush with wall surface including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point controlled by one switch. Note :- Switch, socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately . PVC Conduit confirming to IS 9537 part I & III . All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.

Supply and fixing in replacement 25 watt LED Light New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK08 with all accessories internally pre-wired and suitable size bracket including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement security light bracket made out of 25 mm bore GI Light grade 1.00m long, bent to required shape as in bracket for steet light fittings fixed with two pair of MS flat iron clamp of size 32mm X 5 mm thickness of required shape with nuts, bolts and washers suitable for steel tubular pole including painting of mild steel flate iron surface with two coates of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED surface mounted bulk head luminaries 8-10 watt with min 800 lumen, industrial model, IP 65, PVC housing, surge protection including driver and LED lamp etc complete with all accessories, connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub main wiring with two run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces of any description in PVC conduit medium grade , ISI marked of adequate size ( not less than 20mm dia ) for housing the wires with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc, including making good distrubed surfaces of wall/ceiling with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length. (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.

Supply and laying sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces of any description in PVC conduit medium grade , ISI marked of adequate size ( not less than 20mm dia ) for housing the wires with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc, including making good distrubed surfaces of wall/ceiling with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length. Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution board TPN, 4 ways, (ISI marked), double door , IP 54 protection, 415 volts, 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar, suitable for MCBs as incomer and out going complete dully grouted on the wall (flush) including making connections with suitable size of lugs and making good the disturbed surface matchig with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal MCB distribution board, single pole and neutral, 4 way, (ISI marked), horizontal type, double door with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar, IP-54 fixed on wall duly grouted in wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces matchig with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal MCB distribution board, single pole and neutral, 8 way, (ISI marked), horizontal type, double door with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar, IP-54 fixed on wall duly grouted in wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces matchig with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB, Single Pole, AC supply, 240 volts, 06 to 32 Amps, 'C' series,10 kA rupturing capacity and making connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan dismantling and painting of exhaust fan complete at site by cleaning the fan motor assembly body, blade of exhaust fan, filling the cavity, rubbing with sand paper, taking off old paint with the help of chemicals & painting the Exhaust fan with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint including refixing in the same location connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor after writing the MES number on the exhaust fans of any sweep with black colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening the stator & rotor of the 300mm sweep Exhaust fan, cutting the existing worn winding and rewinding the fan with superior quality copper wire and filling the varnish as insulation between each winds and covering each loops of winding by sleeves and paper & reassembling of complete exhaust fan complete and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3.15/4 mfd capacitor for exhaust fan of any descriptions , complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down ceiling fan and and replacement of unserviceable capacitor as per existing model and make, bearing/bush, rubber bushes, minor nuts, bolts, screws, washers, greassing in fan bearing and refixing in the same location connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 32 x 6 mm GI strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chase or burried in ground or drawn in conduit or pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chase or burried in ground or drawn in conduit or pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze 75 mm x 75 mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex. Head screwes with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI protection pipe 40 mm dia, light grade, for fixed in PCC on roof with Air termination rod all as specified and directed .

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser ) 25 Ltrs capacity of any make, removing all electrical and water connection from installed position, dismantling the geyser into parts for inspection. Checking/testing of all parts, accessories like appratus plate, heating element, thermostat switch, neon lamp, water tank, safety valve, spacer ring, rubber gasket, nut, bolts, inspection plate, bottom & top cover etc. complete, de-scaling of water tank and brazing the same to make it leak proof complete inclduing replacement of all unserviceable spare parts and and refixing in the same location with twin core cable of suitable size 3 core from geyser to powerpoint with plug top 15A including electric and water connections and testing complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser ) 35 Ltrs capacity of any make, removing all electrical and water connection from installed position, dismantling the geyser into parts for inspection. Checking/testing of all parts, accessories like appratus plate, heating element, thermostat switch, neon lamp, water tank, safety valve, spacer ring, rubber gasket, nut, bolts, inspection plate, bottom & top cover etc. complete, de-scaling of water tank and brazing the same to make it leak proof complete inclduing replacement of all unserviceable spare parts and and refixing in the same location with twin core cable of suitable size 3 core from geyser to powerpoint with plug top 15A including electric and water connections and testing complete all as specifed and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement heating element including rubber washer suitable for existing geyser of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs.

Supply and fixing in replacement 15mm dia PVC connection 600 mm long , suitable for hot water supply ,complete with 2 Nos brass nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Apparatus plate (head assembly) suitable for 35/25/50 Ltrs geysers of any make complete including rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermostatic switch 11 " long, ISI marked complete with electric connection suitable for geyser any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Scerew fastner 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 43135.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
