ACCESS ROAD
S & F RPM (Raised Pavement Marker) Cat eyes of one side prismatic retro reflective lens type of 11.50 cm x 7 cm x 1.6 cm in ASA plastic housing to be fixed with special adhesive on bituminous concrete pavement including test certificate from approved lab complete all as directed and approved by GE.
M&L Providing and laying 2.5mm thick (exclusive of surface applied glass beads) hot applied thermo plastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area as per IRC 35, including leveling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc. complete all as specified and directed as per MORTH specification 803.
FENCING WORK
M&L for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and as directed
M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of acrylic anti-fungal weather proof exterior grade paint of first quality over a coat of primer in chequered painting red or white all as specified and as directed.
LIGHTENING CONDUCTOR
M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and GI bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, and provision of test point complete. NOTE : GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 m shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid separately.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply, installations, testing and commissioning of distribution transformer mounted on masonry platform step down 11KV 0.433KV, Three phase complying with IS:1180/IEC -76 (part-1) 2014 with latest amendments, indoor type copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 630 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and star connected on LT side, vector group Dyn 11 , provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to +7.5% in step of 2.5% losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows : maximum allowable losses at full load (100%) & Half load (50%) shall not be exceeded 0.98 % and 0/70 % respectively as per GRIHA Rating, percentage impedance 5% . Losses and impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformer should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335. The transformer should have both side cable end boxes with neutral brought out complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS 10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/Technical specifications. (at MAFI S/S No-01) Note : - (a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jel breather. (h) Thermometer with pocket (j) Oil and winding temp guage (k) Buchholz relay and alarm trip contacts. (l) explosion vent double diaphram

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of oil cooled isolation transformer indoor type of capacity 630 KVA, 3 phase, 50 Hz copper wounded oil cooled, class of insulation A metallic body duly powder coated designed for input voltage range 415 +/- 5% and output voltage range 415 +/- 5% voltage, ratio 1:1, vector group, Dyn 11, Delta-star type, IP 42 protection with first filling of transformer oil of required dielectric strength up to level, efficiency more than 95% separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fitting like digital temperature meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hooks, earthing terminal two Nos as per IS-9815 (Part I & II (1994) complete with over load/short circuit protection and necessary civil work for foundation as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
