Supply, laying, fixing, connecting and testing cross linked poly-ehylene (XLPE) (UE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts class A2XFY 11 KV (unearthed) grade of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc. complete in the new route all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-(i) Necessary excavation and earth work, PCC cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.)Make:- CCI/Havells/Universal Cables Ltd/Gloster/RPG Cables Ltd/Finolex.

S&F Cable route indicators (HT) oval shaped duly embedded "HT 11 KV CABLE ASTE" made out of cast iron,and supported with angle iron including PCC 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) cable route indicator in and including supported angle of size 50mmX50mmX6mm of 0.6 metre long and embedded with PCC not less than size 30cmx30cmx30cm in ground including earh work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for all excavation, removal of soil, PCC work, angle work etc. 2) PCC to be carried nearer located cable route indicator site only as per dimensions mentioned in the schedule and route indicators to be located not more than 50 mtr distance in the straight line of new cable route and also at each and every turning of cable route direction all as per site requirements as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for cable laying in the new route, pole foundation and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose not exc. 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m , but not exc. 3.0 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,laying riddled earth soil conformed IS-1255, cushioning to cables with a layer of riddle earth soil 15 cm deep before layingthe cable and 8cm depth after laying of cable , complete all as specified.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover HVP Type-1 size 300mmX180mmX40mm with one layer for protection to new cable, cable cover laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the PCC cover is at right angle to the central axis of the cable , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Lucky cement block works/Sukhi Enterprises.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling / along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Tata/Jindal/Zenith/Swathik/Prakash.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique 150mm bore complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- HDPE pipe as per site shall be measured and paid separately under item No. 28 & 29 here-in-after.

Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/make including stringing for overhead line on LT poles including aluminium binding wire 14 SWG, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly etc, supplied and fixed in repairs including dismantling of old ACSR conductor from LT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes: (i) The ACSR conductors shall be conforming to IS-398 and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for supply & fixing of aluminium binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring true horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc.Make:- All Ind/ICC/Bharat Conductors/NICCO/Indian Aluminum Co. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS.)

Dismantling of insulator any type,any size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Disc type insulators Twin in series, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts grade supplied and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 ) including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

S&F Danger notice plate of size 25cm x 20 cm x 1.60 mm thick of mild steel sheet, vitreous, enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of 25 mm x 3mm MS flat iron including bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11000 volts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing Unserviceable pre-stressed concrete HT poles of any description complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erect Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 11.0 metres long including painting of pole with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with black and white strips 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC and numbering of poles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for electric poles, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of the LT poles including form work complete all as specified

Supplying and laying rubber mat ISI marked of 1 mtr x 2 mtr x 40 mm at sub station complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement galvanized iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized earth lead 32X6 mm strip upto 7.50 metre, by means of GI nuts, bolt, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 03 SSR Part I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type to soil, returning fitting in and removal of surface spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B-1, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and 50 mm bore GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr long light grade for earth strip protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25mm x 3mm, bolts, nuts and washers 75mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C on both sides, shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe of 110 mm dia class PN 6 ISI marked as per site requirements against item No. 12 here-in-before complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe of 160 mm dia class PN 6 ISI marked as per site requirements against item No 12 here-in-before complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- All items as applicable for E/M BOQ item No 01 to 29 shall be purchased from original manufactures/authorized distributor/ dealers as applicable and purchase GST vouchers along with warranty cert of manufacturers duly defaced/signed by contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge to be submitted along with payment claims for verification, scrutiny, passing of bill and future record purpose.
