2. sliding IC DOOR for Vande Bharat Regular/Bulk order The firm who have supplied Successfully tendered item for 100 no.s automatic sliding door for Train 18/Vande Bharat/Vande Metro. OR The OEM or its Indian subsidiaries/associated/group company (but not as agent) should have manufactured and supplied at least 400 nos. of electrically operated automatic internal sliding doors/complete drive unit (Electrical drive/door actuator unit) to Railway coach builder/user Railways. Document requirement: The following proof for eligibility condition must be submitted along with the offer. 1) The tenderer shall submit proof of supply of automatic sliding door of vande bharat /Train 18/at least for 100 nos 2) The tenderer shall submit proof of supply of at least 400 nos. of electrically operated automatic internal sliding doors/complete drive unit (Electrical drive/ door actuator unit) to Railway coach builder/user Railways. Necessary documentary proof such as certificate from the coach manufacturer/end user for supply of doors for coaches/PO copies along with receipt notes /inspection certificates / receipted delivery challan etc. shall be submitted along with the offer failing which their offer is liable to be rejected without any reference. These documents should however clearly indicate the type of the drive as Electrical drive, the application of the door unit/actuator unit as internal sliding door and the number of such doors for adjudging the qualification. 3) If the documentary evidence contains the quantity of coaches supplied and there is no indication of the no. of doors supplied then quantity of number of doors shall be derived considering two doors per coach. 4) In case the credentials of the associate/subsidiary/group company of the OEM is used for the requirement of the eligibility criteria, a tender specific authorization by the associate/subsidiary/group company for using their credential and also proof of their relationship with the OEM is to be submitted. 5) Documents in foreign language must be accompanied with its authenticated translation in English 2.Prototype approval is required before bulk Supply. Developmental Order:- Developmental Order:- The OEM or its Indian subsidiaries/associated/group company (but not as agent) should have manufactured and supplied at least 100 nos. of electrically operated automatic internal sliding doors/complete drive unit (Electrical drive/ door actuator unit) to Railway coach builder/user Railways.    and meets the technical and functional requirements of the specification can be considered for limited quantity developmental order. Document requirement. The following proof for eligibility condition must be submitted along with the offer for limited quantity development orders: i. The firm should have developed working model of the Automatic Sliding Door.Necessary document including photographs to substantiate for having developed the Automatic Sliding Door indigenously or in collaboration with some OEM and clause wise compliance of the specification, STR etc. shall be submitted with the offer. Documents indicating the availability M&P and test facility, details of OEM etc shall also be submitted with the offer failing which their offer is liable to be rejected without any reference. OR b) The firm who have supplied automatic door for buses (pneumatic/electric) (but not as agent) against the PO placed byGovernment / Government undertakings/OEMs of the buses for minimum 200 nos. which are in satisfactory service for minimum 5 years. The document should clearly show the period/ date/s of the receipt of the item. Document requirement: The following proof for eligibility condition must be submitted along with the offer for limited quantity development orders: ii. For supply credentials to buses, firm to give copy of the PO from Govtundertaking/OEMs of buses and satisfactory performance report from the user certifying the performance for a period of five years. Prototype is required before Bulk Supply Note:-Offers received along with the ToT and credentials of ToT providers will be dealt as under # (a). If the bidder has acquired the technology and has manufactured and supplied the tendered item earlier and fulfills the requirements of Eligibility Criteria with or without the credentials of technology provider, such bidders shall be considered for regular orders provided Performance of the items supplied is satisfactory. These bidders should submit along with their offer the documentary evidence in favour of the manufacturer from whom technology is transferred for meeting the eligibility criteria. They should also submit their own credentials such as proof of supply in the form of PO copies along with Inspection Certificates/RNotes. It should be clearly indicated that past supplies made by the bidder were with the same technology provider and manufactured by the bidder itself and were not supplied as imported item. A declaration to this effect shall be submitted. However, the Indian partner changes his technology providing partner in tender under consideration, the firm can not be considered for bulk regular order. (b). If the bidder, who has acquired the technology or in the process of acquiring the technology and does not have experience in manufacturing and supplying the tendered item, the bidder shall be considered only for developmental orders provided they fulfill the requirement of EC and meet the technical and functional requirements of the specification. These bidders should submit along with their offer the documentary evidence in favour of the manufacturer from whom technology is transferred for meeting the eligibility criteria. They should also submit their own credentials such as documented past performance (PO copies along with receipt notes / inspection certificates) of similar item OR details of M&P along with statement of Clause wise compliance of STR if available. (c) The ToT agreement duly signed by both the parties shall be submitted along with the offer. Estimated value of tendered item Rs.6,67,40,800-/-
