REPAIRS / RENOVATION OF EXISTING BUS SHELTERS (2 Nos) AT HVF ESTATE.

Excavating in post holes in Hard/dense soils (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with eart around,in layers not exceeding 25cm,

Earth work excavation in hard/ dense soil in trenches width and depth not exceeding 1.50m and getting out

Material and labour for sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation

M & L for providing reinforcement cement concrete in Footings, piles, Plinth beam with cement concrete A1 Type, 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm graded aggregated.

M & L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam, lintels, cantilevers, shelves, columns, slabs including supports, overhangs etc.,

Supply and filling of moorum / red bajiri filling in floors in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete

Supply and fixing of mild steel reinforcement deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia

M & L for Brick work built in CM.1:6 using Sub-Class “B” Bricks.

M & L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces.

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion emulsion on internal wall surfaces including preparaition of old wall surfaces complete all as directed. Make: (Asian/Berger/Nerolac) (or) Suitably equivalent make

Supplying and fixing of Bus shelter of size 6.00M x 3.0M with 5.0 Nos of vertical supports ( 2.70 m height ) made out of stainless steel pipes of grade 316 and dia 219mm (OD) with suitable trusses, and stiffening plates with seating arrangements etc.,( 6m x 3.0m) complete all as directed by EIC.

Supply and Fixing of pre-printed galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm (TCT) thick of any clour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and Fixing of Cement Concrete Tiles 20mm thick for open space machine pressed screed bed or bedding layer in CM1:3, 15mm thick and pointed in grey cement and pigment complete all as directed)

Supply and Fixing of Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as direced by EIC.

Supplying and fabricating of stainless steel pipe 50mm dia (14 gauge) 304 grade with base plate and clamp fixing , railing /Seating arrangeements including polishing and generator charges etc.

Providing illumination boards back light adversiting Banners with stainless steel frame panel and side board for displaying Bus Route Numbers and lighting arrangements to the Bus shelters .(SIZE of Board 3.00 m x 1.2 m)

Supplying and fixing Banners including stainless steel frame pane (6m x 0.6 m)
