Supply of 9.0 Mtr. Octagonal in shaft shape, continuosly tapered sections having dimensions and thickness as required in the design made from high tensile steel conforming to BSEN 10025 gr. S 355, High Mast system tower with standard dimension of Botom A /F 175 mm, Top A/F 90 mm, body sheet thickness of 3 mm Baseplate (mm): 300x300x16 (LxBxT), Foundation bolt cat M24/750x4 with its accessories, Mast Shaft shall be given in two sections, Hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS: 875/1987 part 3. It shall also include accessories for High Mast including Head frame, inside wiring arangement, Ioop box of IP-65 for o/g to luminaires on top mount on mast, [Pole Make: Galpol/Utkarsh/ BPP after apvd. as per EIC with cheking QA which is subjet to approve by technical authorty]

Construction of suitable shallow reinforced foundation as per standard design as per the manufacturer with 1:1½:3 cement concrete M-20 gr. for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/ Sq. mtr. TMT steel as per IS (0.5% of CC volume) and about said depth along with suitable dimesion that conforms safe bear of high mast with arround height af 300mm above Ground, including all material and labour including the cost of one set 4 Nos. of foundation nuts and bolts of 660mm made out of tor Steel M20 and instalation at site with wiring complte in all respect i.e. entire satisfaction af Engineer in Charge. This civil foundation work incl. for eretion of 10 Mtr. high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx. zone base of CC 500x500x800mm & CC 500x500x300 mm faced up to base plate including removing soft and necessary trimming the side of trench leveling & dressing and around 1.5 Sqm. solling with jhama picked bricks & M20 CC shallowed above solling and under top foundation with 3 x area of top foundation and 100 mm depth complete as per modern engineering practice.

Erection of 9 mtr. High Mast over the civil foundation bolts wlh help of Trolley fixed moving crane (5 Ton Capaciy) and using other modern engineering practices along wth luminaires instalation to the end top ring bracket by suitable techniques and means incl., necessary eletrical connection in proper electrical system eg. socketing etc. complete (taking 2 work in one day)

Supplying of 150W LED Flood light (of following mentioned model which is comprising minimal productive 16000 lux each luminaire) luminaire having Pressure Die-Cast housing with lP 65/66 protection wide lighting diffuser type. Selected Model choose from below: Make: Century LED :Magik (Zenith +)/ HPL/ Panasonic (Flano)/Jaguar/Havells (Zeta) (With lens IP66) of 150W and having minimal productive lux 16K

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure

Dual Channel Digital 24 hr Astronomical Din Ch. Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protectian on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duły rammed

Supplying of 4 core 10 sq. mm unarmourded Cu Cable trailing cable inside through the pole

Earthirg installation- with Pipe Electrode: Earthing with 50 mm (ISI-M) dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mtr., long and 1x4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtr. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers lncl. S & F 15 mm dia GI Pipe protection (1 Mtr. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above grournd level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mtr. below the ground level as below:
