| 1 | Labour for checking and attending complaints of ACs, water coolers, deep freezer, RO, Desert cooler, Refrigerators etc. of any capacity, including rectification of minor defects and making the equipment functional complete all as specified and directed.
Note: (a) The contractor should detail minimum one AC Mechanic & one helper to attend complaints in Navy Area and he must submit copy of valid competency certificate of two (2) AC mechanics each having minimum working experience of two years in the field of air conditioning & refrigeration. The certificates shall be issued by the OEM only stating the technical qualification & experience of the mechanics to be deployed, and these certificates to be uploaded on portal at the time of bidding and submit a physical copy in the office of GE, failing which bid of the contractor is liable to be rejected. The said certificates shall also forwarded by OEM through mail on e-mail id [email protected]
(b) Any parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
(c) The minor complaint should be attended within 2 hours.
(d) If the complaint will not attended/not completed within 2 hrs, recovery will be done as follows:-
(i) Attending between 2-4 Hours @ Rs 100
(ii) Between 4-12 hrs @ Rs.200/-
(iii) For next every 12 hrs @ Rs.500/- | 80 | Each complaint | - | - |
| 2 | Servicing of Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity of any make / model by taking out the AC, Cleaning of evaporating coil, condensing coil with water & brush to remove dust including cleaning of filter, greasing, oiling of fan motor and checking of electric circuit for smooth functioning of AC complete all as specified and directed.
