M&L for Opening of all condenser of each plant cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipe line for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser by scraping down . Closing both side of condenser and circulating the descaling soulation in all tube of all condensers of each plant through the cidsrculating pump and allows holding it for 30 minutes for chemical descaling. Opening the condenser both sides and clean with iron road connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser ensure that descaling process has been complete then closing the condenser at both end and circulating clean water in all tubes including condenser of each oplant and drain out the process will continue till the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge then fixing new gasket for both ends of the all condenser of each plant tighten with new nut end bolt for the following plants :- Notes :- (i) Necessary T&P such as pump, tube, descaling solution etc shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Department. (ii) Descaling of all condensers in one AC plant shall be considered as one job.

Note: During testing the charge in vaccum shall not exceed 12 cm of mercury the aspect shall be verified by AGE and report shall be generated and signed by all party and fwd to GE office along with RAR payment. .

Removing of Hepa filter all sizes existing at site from its position and layout at site for refixing after clearing, AHU cooling coil using chemical with brass brush in-order to remove all type of sludge/dust precipitatated on the coil without any damage to the copper cooling coil then wash the cooling with fresh water and air blower upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Cooling coil drain water shall be clean, if any type of obstacle on the flow of water, iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrap down and rub out with sand paper then apply one coat primer and one coat of synthetic enameld paint the AHU shall be completed upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge for the following AC plant :-

Notes for ser item 01 to 66 :- 1. All the complaint registered before 1000 Hrs of every day shall be rectified on same day upto 1700 Hrs. Any delay in complaint rectification a penalty shall be recovered @ Rs.100/ per complaint per day. Fan Rewinding and Point Wiring/ sub-main wiring repair shall be done within 48 Hrs from date of complaint. After 48 Hrs panelty may be imposed on contractor as decided by Engineer-in-charge. 2. Old Unserviceable Fans shall be deposited in MES store. Any desturbed surface during execution of work shall be made good as existing. Nothing extra shall be paid in this respect. The quoted rate are deemed to be included the same cost.
