Deck 3’ height & 2.5’ height The Deck of MAPS is made up of 4mm thickness fiberglass reinforced plastic. The top of the platform shall be made up of anti skid surface with multicolored pigment resign. All the attachments is through nylon clamps only. The size of platform is 1.6Mx1.6M. 2. FRP Stairs case. The ladder shall be made up of the fiber reinforced plastic with a thickness of 4mm. It should have reinforcement to maintain strength and avoid bending. 3. FRP Curve Slide It is made up of 4mm thickness fiber reinforced plastic. 4. Rainbow Ladder. It is 5’ long in height, the main frame of ladder is made up 20 NB G.I. Pipe and risers are made up of 40 NB G.I. Pipes. 5. Double Swing. Leg Support in 40 NB G.I. Pipe and top pipe is made up of 50 NB G.I. Pipe seat is made up of 10 mm reinforced rubbers and G.I. Pipe should be rubber coated and movement with Nylon Clamps at top. 6. Bubble Panel. The railing is providing to all decks for safety and it is made up of LLDPE. 7. Steering Wheel It is made up of LLDPE.

Providing & Fixing of Jumbo 3 in 1 Area 4mx4m Safe area 5mx5m Standard See Saw: This items provides a good entertainer for children. The seats of the see saw are made from rotational molding and the see saw stand is fitted on 40 NB CI Pipe. The level is of 15 NB & 25 NB pipes. The bearing used is a heavy duty bush type. Double Swing: In the double sing the leg support is bending made of 40nb GI pipes and top pipe is 50nb GI pipes with GI Junction box with powder coating. The swing seat is made up of 10mm thick rubber belt. The belt seat is affixed on 6mm rubber coated GI chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp. Wave slide: The wave slide chute shall be made up of 4mm thick of Fibre reinforced plastic with self pigmented. The wave shape should be in such manner that it will not give any jerk or bump to the rider. The chute has its end such as it causes safe landing of the child. The landing portion should be in horizontal with respect to the ground. There should be support provided made up of 25 NB GI pipe.

Providing & Fixing of ‘S’ Bridge Ladder Rac Age : 4-12 yrs. The area : 3.8m x 2.1m Safe play Area : 4.8m x 3.1m Height : 2.1 m The ‘S’ Bridge is fabricated from 25 & 20 NB GI pipes. The vertical support area maid from 40 NB GI Pipes with a total length of 2.1 m from the ground. It has 2 nos. of ladder made from 40 NB GI Pipes on the vertical supports pipes itself. The Steps of the ladder are made from 20 NB GI Pipes.

Age :5-14 Years Area :3.1mx0.7 m Safe Play Area :4.1m x 1.7 m This is another kind of item that provides hanging as well as swinging experience to children. The frame is fabricated out using 40 NB and 24 NB powder coated GI pipes. There are 09 triangular loops 15 NB which are attached to the top pipe of the frame using ‘S’ hook. The ladder used is designed to the side support pipe itself.
