Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete / brick masonry surfaces in two coats (10+5mm), 10mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 and 5mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, upto the height of bldg roof including necessary formwork/ scaffolding /ladders and safety belt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured separately

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over a coat of alkali resistant wall primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Material and labour for preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coats of Acrylic weather proof coat 100% exterior grade paint over one coat of acrylic primer upto a height of bldg roof including formwork/scaffolding/ladders and safety belts with precautions etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
