Construction of Major Works Division office building at Kavoor, Mangaluru.

The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should submit required valid electrical license (issued by Electrical inspectorate, GoK) for executing building electrification works and submit documents for executed similar building electrical works totaling Rs.5.625 lakhs in any one year in the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 duly supporting consents.

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work to an extent to Rs. 127.115 lakhs in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 in any of the Government/Public undertaking. Work done certificates issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of Executive Engineer shall be scanned and uploaded

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have satisfactorily completed with following minimum quantities of work in any of the Government/Public (from any public sector/Govt. bodies) in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. a) Cement concrete M20 and above grade-370 cum.b) Plastering- 3130 Sqmc) TMT steel -34.80 Tonne d) Vitrified tile/ granite flooring work- 918 sqme) laterite/ BBM -164 Cumf) Painting- 6274 Sqm.Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of Executive Engineer shall be scanned and uploaded.

The Bidder should submit the ESI registration certificate issued from the competent authority

The Bidder shall submit the EPF registration certificate issued from the competent authority.

The bidder shall be registered PWD contractor

The bidder shall provide credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from any nationalize banks for meeting the fund requirement for an amount not less than Rs. 63.55 lakhs in prescribed proforma in section 3 of KW-4 form clause 1.10

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have achieved, in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.508.46 lakhs. in the last 5 years, i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. Audited financial statement for the said five years along with P& L statements duly signed by the Charted Accountant shall be uploaded along with UDIN

The Bidder shall submit valid GST registration Certificate

The Bidder should submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return acknowledgment form

Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-4 Form (Clause1.5 (A)). The contractor shall enclose/ attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer for details in column No (7) of the table

Works for which tenders already submitted as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-4 Form (Clause1.5 (B)). The contractor shall scan & upload the details duly self -attested

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any state Government/Government of India/Union Territory. Self-declaration statement shall be uploade

No Litigation certificate in the prescribed proforma shall be uploaded duly signed

No Deviation certificate available in the tender documents shall be filled and uploaded
