Supply of 11 KV 3Cx185 sqmm Cable jointing kit I/D & O/D type as per requirement of site if not available in store.

Painting of pole with red oxide paint & aluminium paint and numbering of pole with black over yellow base.

Chemical/Pipe(water level) earthing (as per requirement of site) for power transformer, metering cubicle and cable etc.

Loading, Carriage & unloading of 1x10 MVA 33/11 KV Power Transformer including oil in drums from Store to work site Sutimill Power House.

Erection & Commissioning of 10 MVA, 33/11 KV Power Transormer complete inclunding earthing, filling of oil, fixing of all parts i.e. conservators, radiators, buchcholz relay, marshalling box, wti, oti etc.

Dismantalling of 8 MVA 33/11 KV Power Transformer including drainout of transformer oil to empty drums complete in all respect.

Loading, Carriage & unloading of 1x8 MVA 33/11 KV Power Transformer including oil in drums from work site Sutimill sub-station to Store hasari Jhansi.

Disconnecting & removal of 11 KV XLPE Cable and re-connection including trench work (Civil work) in yard for proper arrangement of power cable and control cables etc.

Removal of fencing & gate of switch yard and main entrance for power transformer dismantling and erection work and re-assemble of gate with complete fabrication including welding work complete.

Repairing of plinth and extend it approx. 2 feet from existing level and RCC concreting work over it including 2 no. piece of Rail 90/95 Lbs.

Providing and fixing of Cu lugs/connectors of appropriate rating for connecting jumpers and cable to EHT & HT bushings complete in all respect.

Done the connection of OTI, WTI, Buchholz relay, MOG and other protection available for transformer.

Dismantalling of ST/Rail/Joist/PCC Pole of HT Line

Dismantalling of line material (ACSR Conductor, cross arms, various clamps etc) of HT 11 KV Line Approx 1100 Mtr (Single Ckt.).

Dismantalling of double pole structure, Pole mounted CT-PT unit, 11 KV Metering Cubicle, 11 kv XLPE cable and other accessories etc.

Loading, carriage & unloading of existing poles & line material scrap to store.

Guarding of 11 KV HT line on ST pole 11 mtr. long complete

Laying, sagging & binding of ACSR weasel conductor for construction of 11 KV HT line.

Shifting of 1x25 KVA Transformer form existing place to new place including connection of LT line and its energisation complete in all respect.
