Clearing and Grubbing of road land including upo rooting rank vegetation grass, bush, shrubs, sapllags and trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and diposal of unserviceable materials and staking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. i) By Manual means A. Construction of Sub-grade and Earthen Shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrows pits, with initial lead transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300–2 with a lead up to 1000m as per Technical specification clause 303.1 A) From private land

Construction of Granular Sub-base providing close graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with 80 – 100kn Static roller capacity to achieve the desired density , complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401, (ii) For Grading II Materials

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes of water bond macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Hand broken metal from river boulder Gr. – II

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.20 kg. per spm. On the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleared with mechanical broom.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) With rock dust as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) '(A) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (i) for Grading I ( 40 mm nominal size )

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting,1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmX6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmX450mmX600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 (i)90 cm equilateral triangle

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Planting of trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil wih decayed farm yard/sludge manure, planting the saplings, backfiling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintaining the plants for three year.

17.30 (a) RCC guard post: Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed. a) 30 cm dia. RCC guard post with reinforcement of 6nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/ MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.
