14 complete set of SLI system with design, development, fitment, commissioning, 03 years warranty and Five (05) years extended warranty for SLI with all sensors, electronics, hardware of 140T BD Crane as per latest RDSO /LKO's Spec. No. MP- 0.08.0062 (Rev-00) June 2016 for SLI.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information, required as per GCC / Tender Document, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. Tenderer shall be decided Financially Eligible as per para 10.2 of Tender Form (Second Sheet) of GCC-2022. with all Advance Correction Slips.

Bidders/Firms, who fulfill the Eligibility Criteria fixed by Railway Board vide Letter No. 2011/M(M&P)/7/2/Guidelines, Dt.23.08.2012 OR Rly. Bd. Letter No. 2011/M(M&P)/7/2/Guidelines, Dt.23.01.2020 are also Eligible for this contract. Supporting documents must be uploaded in the web portal of IREPS.

Definition of Similar Nature of work approved by PCME/ER is "The firm should have all credential/ experience of supply, fitment & commissioning of SLI (Safe Load Indication) System in Rolling Stock of Indian Railways under Government Organization/ PSUs of India" Any one or more of the above work executed in any unit of Indian Railway or PUs or Central/ State Government Establishments or Public listed Company/ Trusts having average annual turnover of RS 500 Crores and above will be considered."
