Providing, lowering, laying, cutting (cut surface to be uniformly finished), jointing with rubber rings marked with IS : 5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RCC, NP2 MARKED WITH IS : 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete is all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer - in -charge. for 400 mm dia @ Rs. 631/-Mtr. HSR item no. 20.62.5.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil as per HSR item no. 4.12.1 @ 87/ cum

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete 1:4:8 with 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm size in foundation and plinth excluding centering & shuttering complete in all respect as per HSR itme No. 6.1. 6 @ 2735/cum

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR. 7.20.1 @ (4341)/cum

10 mm thick cement plaster 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per HSR item no 11.4.2 @ 96/-

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: All kinds of soil. Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 400 mm. Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables etc. in all kinds of metre soil for depth exceeding 1.5 m, but not exceeding 3 m. (Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth up to 1.5 metre). H.S.R. item No. 4.16.1.63 & 4.17 = 96+3 = 99/-

Providing & fixing steel bar embedded plastic steps of size 263mm x 165mm of orange colour, confirming to specification in pump chambers, manholes etc., having minimum 3mm thick polypropylene polymer confirming to is:10910 encapsulated on 12mm dia ribbed steel bars per IS : 1786. The rate include cost of setting the same to correct lines and levels duly embedded in 1 :2:4 cement concrete including carriage, loading, uploading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc., complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as per Hsr item no.21.28 @ 334/-

Providing & fixing of Nakka comp in all respect as per current market rate (As per approved PWD specification in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded cum stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per HSR 6.1.2 @ 3892/cum

Supply, carriage and fixing RCC Panels of requisite size as per approved design drawing & PWD specification 24"x24" inches. 0.25' of CC 1:3:6 with required reinforcement as per the discharge of UGPL as per approved design and PWD specifications complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply Carriage and fixing of RCC lids Dia 18" as per discharge of UGPL as per PWD specifications complete in all respect.

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor four level precast cum reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span up to floor four level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1 :1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). as per hsr item no. 6.44

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Cold twisted bars as per Hsr iten no 6.33.3
