Distempring one coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British, 'Shalimar asian paint after throughtly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other froeign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials.

Finishing two coat of water proof cement weather coat of approved quality on previously new surface with this paint to give an even shade including all cost of materials labour and T&P etc.

Dismantling door or window including chaukhats with hold fasts and including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meter (200 feet)

Fabrication and fixing of steel doors, windows including cost of material, cutting, welding, labour T&P required for completion of the work.

Supply & Fixing of flush door of 32 mm. thick i/c. fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and i/c. fixing and adjustment of hinges bolts locks handles springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied.
