Manning & Operation of 01 Nos of lifts of capacity 08 Passanger suitable to serve G+05 Upper floors from 06:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs in two shifts operated by one operator per shift on all days including holidays and during all type of weather/climatic conditions, providing rescue to the trapped person, maintaining the lift and connected equipments and accessories including lift room in clean and tidy condition during the operation period and also Manning & Operation of Lift in case of failure of commercial supply by running of DG Set installed within the vicinity meant for lift supply.Location : Sea Hawk Bldg. Note: Quoted Rate shall be deemed to include to provide one alternative employee (reliever) to provide the services, so that the other employee can avail the facility of weekly leave etc.

Comprehencive maintenance (Routine , preventive , breakdown) (Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, qtrly, half yearly, yearly maintenance) , and repairs including replacement of minor defective parts of 01 (one) Nos of capacity 08 Passengers Lift(Make : M/S Monarch Enterprises) in Sea Hawk Building suitable to serve G+05 upper floors during all type of weather/climatic condition for the any make, maintaining the lift and connected equipments and all standard accessories, simplex collective automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant ,automatic center opening doors with VVVF door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, Emergency rescue device (ERD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system with/Without hand set (03 Nos, one each in car, near Ground floor landing door and one with hand set in Machine room) all as specified and directed.etc in serviceable condition round the clock (on all days including holidays), also maintaining the necessary documents all as specified and directed. NOTES : (i) Cost of all the maintenance,repairs and including replacement of components and parts that too for the specific lifts as indicated therein to keep the lifts in perfect serviceable condition shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for handing over the lifts in serviceable condition at the time of completion of works. The payment for replacement of parts/components expenditure upto Rs 1500/ is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Comprehensive maintenance of the lifts shall be got done by the contractor either from the OEM or their accredited/authorised agencies/other OEM as mentioned on serial page No 17 of tender documents and MoU shall be produced by contractor to GE before issue of work order.

Dismantling and taking out u/s old control panel and control wiring and S & F new control panel suitable for G+05 floor lift, in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to Integrated Controller 7.5 KW / 10.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanished sheet trucking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Taking down unserviceable door drive of any type and supply and fixing new automatic door drive unit with motor on car top with VVVF of 1 HP capacity all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Charge Make :- Yasakava / Monarch Sneider as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dissmantaling and Taking out all defective batteries from Existing ARD and supply and fixing new Maintenance free batteries sutaible for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12VDC,7AH complete all as specified and directed.Make - Exide/Amaron

Dismantling and taking out all defective existing old defective sensor wand supply and fix INFRA RED safety edge with power unit on car door to safe guard passenger entering and leaving the lift suitable for Passsenger lift and 800 mm door opening. Make: WECO/ TVS Cherry

Taking down unserviceable Blower fan from car cabin and supply and fixing new new Blower fan complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- VBM/ EMCO/CINI), complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable Emergency Alarm and S&F Emergency Alarm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge . Make : As per OEM Recommendation

S&F Overspeed Governor Pully of Diameter 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Make : As per OEM Recommendation

Taking down existing unserviceable LOP assembley, supply and fix new landing operating panel (LOP) assembley with and including digital car position indicator, direction signal with 2mm thick stainless steel face plate of size and shape to match with existing, also reconnecting with control /electric system and testing etc suitable for KONE/MONARCH/Escon make lifts, 08 passengers capacity, installed at INS Hamla (G+5 or 7 or 8 Floors), complete all as specified and directed. Make : As per OEM Recommendation
