S&F of mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section, embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, tubular/ hollow/ flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410-W(Gde- E- 250) quality-A, including dismantling the exixting old damaged one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 05 here-in-above, but erection & febrication only, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix) 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, beams, posts and lintel, chajja, etc., with and including necessary formwork and demolition of existing old RCC of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for providing Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) type B-1, in fencing posts with sectional area not exceeding 100 Sqcm including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

S&F of TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of TMT bars 6-8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame of Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement morter 1:4, including dismantling the existing old damaged one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including dismantling of existing old GI/AC sheet of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, incl demolition of existing B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 11-15 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 100mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.(each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in-repair of 3.15mm dia GI Chain Link Fencing of 100x100mm Mesh to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F of mild steel Tie bars cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending as in stiffner to chain link fencing, conforming to Fe- 290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, including demolition of existing old one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished PU coated Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing matt-finished/ stone finished ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 450x 300x 7-8 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement and demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable paver block of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair, including demolition of the exisiting old PCC, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement morter 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
