Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out (unloading) the old catalyst from oxidation chamber with proper care complete and cleaning of pipes, Butterfly valve etc of any capacity, flow, height by opening the manhole cover disconnection and including removing the waste material up to 50 mtr away from site spreading and leveling complete all as directed and Supply & fill of new life MnO2 compound including filter and oxidation chamber as per site requirement complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out (unloading) all old rusted and muddy filter media like sand, gravels from iron removal filter vessel with proper care complete and cleaning of pipes, Butterfly valve etc, of any capacity, flow, height by opening the manhole cover disconnection and including removing of old unsv filter media, sludge, waste material up to 50 mtr away from site spreading and leveling complete all as directed but Supply & fixing of new filter media (Sand & gravels) size 3/4'’x1/2’’, 1/2”x1/4”,1/4”x1/8”, 1/8”x1/6”) complete as per site requirement in all respect all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down old unsv any type of starainers and supply and fixing new PVC double nut type strainers as per site requirement complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down any type and size complete all unsv nuts & bolts and all gaskets and supply and fix all new nuts, bolts and all gaskets as per site requirement complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down unsv gauge with fittings of any size and type and supply and fix new pressure gauge with fittings as per site requirement and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for preparation of old surface, and applying two coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint to internal surfaces including cleaning scrapping of old paint/rust with emory paper/eco friendly chemical inside of the iron removal filter vessal and oxidation chamber of sny capasity and flow complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), 80 mm nominal size, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

S & F butterfly valve (ISI Marked)cast iron, PN 1.6, class 125, nominal size 80 mm as per IS 13095: 1991 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete

Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 80 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of PVC insulated and sheathed water proof cable for submersible pump motor 6.0 sqmm 3 core Flate cable of standered copper conductor 1100 volt grade conforming to IS-694 duly connected and testing etc compete specified and as directed.

Material and labour only for lifting of submersible pump motor assembly of capacity 12.5 HP alongwith column pipe, submersible cable, safety rope etc from the existing bore well by employing chain pulley block etc dismantling the column pipe, by opening of nuts and bolts, pump and motor etc seggregating and stacking serviceable and unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed

Material and lobour for lowering of 12.5 HP Submersible pump & motor assembly along with column pipes, submersible cable, steel wire rope by employing chain pulley block and Tool & plants all as specified and directed at site. Note: Only Serviceable column pipes 50/65 mm dia retrieved from item No 32 above shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under specified item of this schedule

S&F column pipe made of Mild steel pipe 65 mm bore 3 mtr long having both side painted, threded both end including socket duly screwed and welded with MS column pipe and ISI marked, including socket duly screwed and welded with MS column pipe and ISI marked, including M&L for lowering complete in all respect and all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling/taking out old unserviceable street light fitting any type/capacity and supply and fix LED street light fitting 60 watt LED street light made up of pressure die IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07 including necessary electrical connection from overhead conductor to light fitting with PVC insulated and sheathed strended aluminium conductor all as specified and directed Make – Havells Model-ENDURA Pearl Neo HSN Code 9405 or equivalent Make as given in Appx B

Dismantling/taking out old unserviceable Post top light fitting any type/capacity and supply and fix LED Post Top LED light fitting 35 watt, Make- Havells Model-CORAL (OPAL) HSN Code 9405 or equivalent Make as given in Appx B

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 50 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cable route indicator made out of CI plate 100 dia, 8 mm thick, embossed with lettering "MES LT Cable", welded or bolted onto 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 500 mm long duly painted with anti-corrosive paint in brown colour & including necessary earthwork and excavation, embedded in PCC M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate of size 400 mm X 400 mm X 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
