PROVISION OF CERTAIN SANCTIONED CIVIL WORKS AT AFS MOHANBARI UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI

Material and labour for laying old size sub class 'B' bricks, continuous brick edging; with width equal to the length of the brick; of whole bumt bricks, laid dry on edge vertically and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 as in drain or any situtation with out sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels, bed of drains including forms/moulds, foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks laid flat on sloped sides of drains or in any other situation , old size bricks jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) without any bedding surface and flush pointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, junction of brick edging and brick lining for drains, benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm & over dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), nominal mix, type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs of drain, man holes etc including necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 300 mm bore Reinforced concrete drain pipes, Class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving of any description not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing materials obtained from demolition from worksite outside MD land any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour rolled Mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without conecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W ( Grade-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour rolled mild steel in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters ; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-W ( Grade-E-250) quality Acomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
