Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Bamboo pile walling made of 65 mm to 75 mm dia. Bamboo (in single line)driven about half length into the ground at very close spacing side bysideincluding necessary bamboo stays, ties, runners etc and lining the exposedportion with sheets made form cut-drums fitted and fixed complete as per direction.(c) With bamboos of length above 2.40 m. and up to 3.00 m. each

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Bailing or pumping out water from foundation trenches.This item should be executed on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charges when he is satisfied in hisabsolute discretion, that this has not beennecessitated due to any fault on the part of thecontractor(Payment, if permitted, will be made on the quantityof water calculated on the basis of initial and finalwater calculated on the basis of initial and finalwater level measured before starting and completionof each days work which necessitates a bailing /pumping of water from the trench. The final level ofwater to be measured, will depend on the level atwhich the day's work will be taken up. The rateincludes any seepage water that may percolate in thetrench during pumping)

Extra over the corresponding item of earth work for removing semi liquid mud or slushy earth by iron pans, buckets etc.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5m

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound , in conformity with the Municipal/ Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of the E.I.C.

(A) Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).
