M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS:3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformaly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65mm. The same shall be furnished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof and laying 5mm screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for srl Item No 204 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6 mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Note :- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450mm from top shall be 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds.
