Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, pre-cast slabs, coving and concrete padding over roof slab incl existing tarfelt and cleaning/washing down the surfaces and removing demolished material exc 250mtr but n exc 500m and depositing where directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Liquid water proofing compound measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1 : 2 : 4) type B1, ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing liquid as in padding on roofs to maintain slope correction of the depresed/ undulated portions finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Supply only water proofing liquid and a coat of cement slurry with 3.0 Kg per Sqm shall be measured and paid separately).

Taking down existing tar felt, water proofing membrane, water proofing plaster, cement mortar screed, roughening surfaces to receive plaster/screed etc. including cleaning up the surface with water and wire brush and removal of unserviceable debris to a distance n exc 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes,finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing of concrete/ plastered surfaces by application of Nano-Tech modified, UV resistant, elastomeric waterproofing by (1) Surface preparation by cleaning the surface with wire brush/pressure water jet to remove dirt, mild dew, loosely held plaster, powdery residue, oil, grease or any other contamination etc as applicable and applying one absorption coat. (2) Application of two coats of waterproofing + white cement Tie coat (ratio 1:1) (3) Application of two coat solar IR heat reflective coating with brush or airless spray. Note : The item includes usage and rental cost of all the instruments and equipments needed for cleaning of the surface and application of coating compound ( Make : Thermacool or equivalent)

M&L for Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20 Kg /Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm/ Sqm having softening point not less than 150 Degree centigrade having tensile strength of 650 N/5 Sqcm and 350 N/5Sqcm in lognitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm and applying a coat of solar reflective bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as per manufacturer instuctions complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for gunniting work to RCC structure as in column, soffits of slabs, chajja, fascia, lintel beam, roof beam, plinth beam, etc by removing loose concrete cover etc. cleaning to surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and supply and fix welded wire mesh 95x95x3mm th adhesive, plaster grade for concrete admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part sand and average thickness 40mm and making the surface even including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement plumb and making surface true to geometry in line and including necessary form work to carried at upto double story building complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wherever reinforcement required will be measured and paid seperatly complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of TMT mild steel bars, 8mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for reinforcement to columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removing unserviceable rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item No 14 above but except bricks all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition item No.13 shall be reused.
