Providing 30cmx45cm size special plain/printed series edge cut ceramic wall tiles of premium grade of approved make having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS 13753 of approved make & shade in Dadoes over 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) finished with modular pointing in Epoxy grout to including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour curing sundries and T & P etc. required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm thick and above 0.40 Sqm size granite tile flooring in platform, staircase of approved quality, colour and size in floors, treads on steps and landings in all floors at all height on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:4) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry jointing the tile with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the granite tile if required watering and curing for 21 days, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work including rubbing mechanically and wax polishing etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing in position 32mm thick flush door with veenier thickness of 4mm confirming to wood creast Green Ply or equivalent to both side pasted with adhesive including fixing of fixtures like Godrej/Dorma make Mortice lock having model no 9168, Godrej/Dorma make Door closure having model no C 8340, 100mm S.S hinges, handle, tower bolt, stopper including melamine polish and cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, transportation, loading & unloading etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC frame with shutter for windows made of UPVC extruded section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance ± 1mm) with all thickness 2mm ± 0.2mm. Corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless screws, jointed and mired and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frame reinforced by galvanized M.S tube of size 19mm x 19mm and 1mm 0.1mm wall thickness and 3 no stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacture specification and direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:4) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

The ply has to be calibarated before the pressing of veneer on it, through computer controlled wide belt sanding machine. All pressing venner on to the ply will be execute on hydraulic hot press machine with polymersied D3 adhesive (Fevicol / Henkel). All exposed edges should be mechanicllay edge banded by matching 1.5mm thick veneer edge banding (Turakia / Rehau)with hot melt gule (Jowat / Henkel). The inside area of cabinet will be cover up by 0.8mm balancer laminates (Merino / Sunmica). The furniture surface finish will be one coat of barrier sealer followed by one coat sealer with two coat of PU on final finish. The Matt or Semi Matt finish of the furniture will be as per specification. All boring has to be done on CNC machine for precession of fittings. The entire furnitures will be knock down. All hardware fittings will be Hettich / Hafele / Ebco as per the application.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Dune Supreme (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles With Armstrong 15mmExposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 44%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour and with a web height of 45mm and a load carrying capacity of minimum 15.68Kgs/M2 & minimum pull out strength of 100 Kgs..
