Construction of Staff and Girls Common room in Rajdhani College at Bhubaneswar Buildings.

CIVIL Work Proper Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth , removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not etc.all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in foundation in all kind of soil within 50m intial lead and lifts 1.5 M intial lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage of Surpluse Earth and debrises away from the work site by mechanical means including loading, unloading, hire & running charges of Machinaries etc.and depositing / Dumping the excavated earth at places away from work siteby mechanical means within 5Km lead, including cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the as Direction by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like CHLORPYRIPHOS or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate of 7.5 liters (or as directed by the manufacturer) per sqm on vertical and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center etc.complete as per IS:6313/1981(Part-II) and as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge including all cost of materials, labour, taxes, etc all complete.

Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with sand of approved quality from approved quarry in 23.5cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance royalties, taxes of all the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section only).

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm size hard black Crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry, free from skin, including hosting, lowering and laying compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to required level ramming watering curing etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and plinth using bricks of 23cmx11cmx8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC work of M-20 grade in the column base and pedestrial works using 20mm to 10mm down graded hard black granite Crusher broken aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing hoisting lowering laying compacting concrete using concrete mixer, vibrator watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth as per relevant clauses of section 1700 of MORT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of all machineries including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.(Excluding cost of reinforcement & binding wires to be used in the work)
