GRP Piping works for receiving TTRO water from CMWSB to 4.0 MG Reservoir.
PIPING - GRP:- The scope of work includes supply all GRP piping material (Pipes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Flanges, Double bell couplings etc. as per IS 14402 etc., nuts and bolts and gaskets confirming to PMS A1U), storage of materials at site, transportation from storage to site, fabrication, joining, erection, hydrotesting, providing pipeline markers and commissioning of all types GRP piping works above and below ground on sleepers, stuctural supports, through walls at all elevations, through culverts, hume pipes etc. (supplying all tools & tackles, scaffolding materials, machinery, gas, all consumables & non consumables, tranportation and labour to complete the job in all respects and diposing off the scrap materials as per EIC). The minimum requirement of the pipeline MOC are given below: Liner resin : Vinyl ester resin. Reinforcement resin : Vinyl ester resin For details refer Specification for Technical Specifications for GRP Pipes( Spec No. GRP-Spec. ) The Rate doesnot include excavation, backfilling, concreting, road repair rates.Providing Piping for hook ups is included in the main pipe running Mtrs rate
The rates for the following items shall be exclusive of concrete/ RCC / PCC breaking, earth work removal, earth back filling, removal of old piping for replacement and erection & removal of scaffolding. The rates for the following items shall be inclusive of supply, storage, tranportation, fabrication, laying, erection, joining, flushing of the piping system, offering stagewise inspection, hydrotesting,providing Pipeline markers and draining / drying of the piping system.

VALVES :- Transportation of all types of valves (including special & motor operated valves) from Owner's storage points to contractor's stores/worksite and installation of valves for all rating including assembly of valves accessories, if any, fixing of gaskets bolts/nuts (supplied by contractor) wherever requried as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Concrete breaking / Road cutting /Earth work excavation & back filling for laying or removal of underground piping / Dewatering
Earth work excavation & back filling : The job involves earth work excavation below ground level upto 2 metres depth & to a required width for laying underground piping in all types of soils including removal of vegetation, if required, shoring shuttering, dressing of sides, levelling, grading, ramming of bottom, back filling on completion of laying of pipes with available excavated soil, watering, rolling, ramming of by manual methods / mechanical compactors, dressing, trimming, etc. The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects as per EIC instructions.
Earth work excavation & back filling - Upto 2 metres depth
Road cutting : The job involves breaking of Bituminous road including bituminous carpet, metal base, etc. and removal of debris upto a lead of 7 km as per instruction of Engineer in charge.The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects as per EIC instructions.
Concrete dismantling (PLAIN and REINFORCED)
Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) The job involves dismantling of reinforced cement concrete pavements including cutting of reinforcement bars, returning of scrap steels to designated area, breaking the RCC work into pieces and disposal of unserviceable material upto 3.0km lead as directed , etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling Plain cement concrete (PCC) Demolishing plain cement concrete in foundation and super structure including disposal of unserviceable material upto 3KM lead as directed and serviceable materials to stores including scaffolding, all labour, tools supervision, safety permits, safety precaution etc. complete.The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects as per EIC instructions.
Dewatering - with Contractor's own pump: The job involves pumping out of water including dewatering oily water mixed with muck / sludge etc. from trenches, pits etc. by contractor's own pump as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The job also includes supplying of all types of pumps, tools & tackles, hoses, fuel, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects as per EIC instructions.
Hire charges for 5 HP Diesel driven dewatering pump with all accessories including hoses along with one operator - Unit : Shift= 8 Hrs
Running charges for 5 HP Diesel driven dewatering pump
Charges for Mobilization & Demobilization for 5 HP Diesel Driven Dewatering Pump (Trip Inclusive of to & fro charges) Unit SU (Service Unit) means Each Trip including To & Fro If pump is within CPCL premises, movement within CPCL premises shall not be considered as trip.
(1) Running charges as per SOR Sl. Nos.210 are applicable for the actual running hours of the pump and also if the fuel is supplied by the Contractor. (2) Running charges as per SOR Sl. Nos.210 are not applicable if the fuel is supplied by CPCL.
Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (PCC)1:4:8 by volume(1cement : 4sand:8 crushed aggregate) with OPC 53 grade and 40mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates for all depths wherever required like in foundations, fillings ,floors,pavements & ramps or any other works etc., including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete for concrete of nominal mix 1:4:8 , including cement cost etc, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) 1:1.5:3 by volume (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 aggregate) with OPC 53 grade and 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregate materials for Sub/ Super Structure at all depths upto plinth beam for foundations, plinth beams, pedestals and RCC retaining wall inside Reservoir, etc., including machine mixing, curing, consolidating with vibrator, cement cost etc all complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge excluding cost of shuttering and reinforcement.
Providing, fixing Formwork including centering, shuttering ,strutting and propping in Sub/ Super structure at all heights pedestal, RCC etc., whereever required including removal of the shuttering after the specified period is over and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge complete with all materials, labour, consumables etc.(Form work shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor)
Supplying, fabricating and placing in position High strength deformed steel bar Reinforcement (conforming to IS 1786, grade Fe500) for RCC work, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractor's own 16 Standard Wire Gauge(SWG) black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, overlaps, welding spacers, lifting hooks etc for all heights & depths etc. removing of scraps from site, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and filling RIVER SAND (OR) EQUIVALENT for all depths including supply of sand, labour charges, tools and tackles, royalities, transportation to site for all leads and lifts including loading, unloading, spreading in layers upto 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and or other equipment to specified level and all other activites required to completeas per specifications and directions of EIC
Design, Supply, Erection of Air cum Vacuum release valves including all associated items like reducing tee, clamp, fasteners, gaskets, flanges, pipe and upstream isolation valve etc., all accessories). Scope also includes transportation, unloading of material to the Contractor's storage point/work location of valves. Erection of valves at site including lifting, placing, installing supports at all levels & locations, levelling, aligning, jointing with Flanges, placing of proper gaskets, bolting, connecting the system to the required syustem etc., as per instrucitons of EIC. Contractor shall study the entire system and propose locations of ARV as required and shall submit to CPCL approval. Size of ARV shall be designed by Contractor. Minimum Size shall be 3"". Valves shall be adequately supported and saddle provision shall be considered in scope suitably.
