Excavation in Soil (by Mechanical Means.) Excavation for roadway in soil using mechanical means including loading in tipper for carrying of cut earth to embankment site and unloading with all leads & lifts as per relevant clauses of section 300.

Construction of Embankment/sub-grade with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment/sub-grade with approved materials having required C.B.R. for embankment/sub-grade (unless specified otherwise in the contract) deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Drainage Layer of Granular Sub-Base for RIGID PAVEMENT Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded granular material mechanically mixed in plant confirming to required grading mentioned in Appendix-VI and Clause 5.7.3.9 of IRC:58-2015, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. By Plant mix Method (with mechanically crushed stone only) For Sub-Base as per AASTHTO 93 : Grading 6 of Table VI-I

Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base as per IRC:SP-49 over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 26.5 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601.

Providing and laying Un-reinforced Cement Concrete without Dowel bars including formwork and expansion, contraction & longitudinal joints as per design and as per IRC-62, over a prepared base a per approved mix design and finising to lines and grade as per Drawing for Pavement thickness less than 200mm in Low Volume Roads. With Cement concrete grade M-30 and minimum cement content @ 375 kg/cum

Construction of RCC drain/cover slab/chamber (i)* Excavation for drain chamber by Mannual means (Earth work in excavation for drain/chamber as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.)

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain concrete/ reinforced concrete i/c form work, shuttering complete in as per drawings and specifications.( For Village roads ) (i) P.C.C. M-10

(ii) Construction of RCC drain/chamber/cover, placing in position, providing shuttering and concreting by using concrete mixer, compaction by vibration etc complete as per drawings and technical specifications excluding reinforcement. with RCC M-20

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in drain/cover/chamber complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.
