Taking out compete existing roof treatment from roof surface & roughening of old concrete floor surfaces including cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing sweeping etc and removing rubbish material complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type BO using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as over roof for making good depression/undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab and roof kerb complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1: 4 under APP membrane finish rendering surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction. Complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for cutting Grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 as required. Complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specification and manufacturing's instruction complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Preparing and clening of fully dry surfaces as per IS3067-1966 (b) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned plaster surface @ 0.5 Ltr per sqm (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrance 3.0mm thick (minimum) weight 3.0Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160gms per sqm by torch application. M&L for 12 mm thick Veneered decorative plywood, grade 1(with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces; fixed with screws to timber frame work all as specified.

S&F in repair 12mm thick plywood grade BWR type B-B fixed with screws to timber frame works all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Make : Greenply/Kitply/Alishan) or equivalent as approved by Accepting Officer.

S & F PVC solid factory made door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame (chowkhat) of size 100 mm x 45mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, frame reinforced with MS square tube of size 40mm x 20mm of 19 gauge throughout the frame, fixed in opening as per specification & drg as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fiber pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, each 10 mm thick, to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3 % by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished rendering surface even and smooth(without using extra cement). (Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only")

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished rendering surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic colour tiles size 450 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut one side polished natural hard stone (Granite)any type in step, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plate from and similar places etc like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for heavy duty coloured ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300x 10 mm thick, suitable for high traffic external tiles, anti skid, scratch resistance and neutral to UV rays and acid alkali resistance as in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : JOHNSON, Model : ENDURA or equivalent model in other makes listed in the tender).

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) not exc 15cm thick in ground floor and paving (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
