SUB HEAD 'A' : MACHINERY

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHRI certified Air Cooled Scroll Chiller comprising of hermetic scroll compressors (multiple compressors in multiple circuits) with direct drive gas cooled motor (speed not exceeding 3000 rpm)suitable for R-410a refrigrent, complete with shell and tube type ASME stamped chiller duly insulated, Air cooled condenser having copper tube with mechanically bonded Aluminium Fins ,Condenser fan with Fan motor IP54 , inter connecting copper piping with insulation all mounted in heavy guage galvanized steel casing, duly poweder coated baked finishing suitable for outdoor installation.. The microprocessor based control pannel completely factory wired comprising of all necessary operative and safety controls and sensors with LCD display panel, isolator switch for in coming power cable and internal wiring. The motor shall be suitable for 400 +/- 10% volts, 3 phase , 50 Hz AC power supply with DOL starter. The package chiller shall be BMS compatible. Chiller shall be provided with victaulic coupling for water connection, complete as per detailed technical specifications .

a) Suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class 'B' insulation suitable for operation on 400+/-10% volts, 50Hz, A.C. supply.

b) Necessary drive arrangement.

c) 1 set - Lubrication device consisting of automatic electric oil pump, oil cooler, head tank, oil strainer, and automatic pressure regulating valve, oil heater, oil heater thermal switch etc. as per specifications.

d) 1 no. - matching shell & tube type evaporator for scroll type units of MS shell and copper tubes.

e) Evaporator shall be manufactured, tested and stamped with ASME pressure vessel code.

f) 1 Lot - Refrigerant piping fittings, valves and accessories to inter connect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve.

g) 1 set - Microprocessor based control panel complete with accessories as per specifications.

h) Lot - Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valve, liquid line indications, liquid level control etc.

i) Lot - Water flow switches at outlet of evaporator, water drain, air purge valves.

j) Rubber Below Flexible type with MS flanges at inlet & oulet connections of the Evaporator

k) Lot - Suction line and chiller insulation (factory Laminated) with minimum 25 mm thick polyvinyl nitrile rubber insulation complete as required.

l) Lot- Frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller compressor and motor with base plate complete with anti-vibration pads/springs.

m) Lot- Initial / first charge of refrigerant gas & compressor oil shall be factory charged.

n) Lot- RCC / Cement concrete foundation for the chilling unit. As per OEM design.

o) Chilling machine described above, as per specifications and complete in all respects for the operating parameters as given under.

p) Refrigerant should be R-410a

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of factory fabricated Indoor Type Double Skinned air-handling unit horizontal type with fabricated out of extruded aluminium (1.6 mm thickness min.)section with Mixing Chamber included Fresh air damper with 0.8 mm thick precoated galvanised sheet outside & 0.8 mm thick 275 GSM Galvanised Steel sheet inside with Backward curved direct driven plug type in supply with fan section with fan motor with IE2 rating & suitable for 415+10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz along with IP 20 VFD, 6 RD cooling coil with coil section, prefilter (EU-4) section with non woven synthetic washable media of 10µ (micron) particle size with an efficiency of 90% before cooling coil, fine filter ( EU-7 / F7 ) / MERV-13 section with Synthetic fibre media with frame material made out by Aluminium anodized with flange rigid media with efficiency 99 % at 3µ (micron) in supply .

The polished stainless steel drain pan of 1.25 mm thick duly insulated with 13 mm thick nitrile rubber under cooling coil shall be provided. Motor & belt drive package/ direct driven arrangement, belt guard etc for belt driven blower without face and bypass dampers.

The AHU panel shall be insulated with 48+/-2 mm thick injected fire retardent PUF of density 40+/-2 Kg/m³ . The motor & fan assembly shall be mounted on aluminium extruded section .Marine light with limit switch shall be provided . The complete AHU shall conform to standard spec.The face velocity across cooling coil, filters should not exceed 500 FPM. The capacities of airhandling shall be as follows

INSULATED CHILLED WATER PIPING (Nitrile Rubber Insulation)

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled / hot water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable adhesive or Chemically cross linked polyethlyne foam of class"O"(XLPE) with Aluminium PE foil for as per given below pipe size. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications. Duct Accoustic Lining

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. or anti-microbial Chemically cross linked polyethlyne foam of class"O"(XLPE)complete as required and as per specifications.(HSR:25.27)

Duct External Insulation

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation or anti-microbial Chemically cross linked polyethlyne foam of class"O"(XLPE) with Aluminium PE foil complete as per specifications and as required.(HSR:25.29)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Comissioning of expanded polysterene under deck insulation having thickness of 50 mm duly pasted with CPRX compund and riveted through screws into the concrete ceiling with GI washer at intervel of not morethen 50cm center to center and density of 36 Kg / m3 complete as required. IV) SUB HEAD 'D'- ELECTRIC WORKS

HVAC Panels fabricated out of 2mm thick for structural members (Load bearing members) and 1.6mm thick for door and covers (Non load bearing members) CRCA sheet in cubicle compartmentalize free standing floor mounted, dust and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel 'T' irons and / or flats wherever necessary, 16 gauge CRCA sheet steel shall be used for final distribution panels. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of zinc chromate primer and final approved shade of enamelled paint. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all distribution panels.

Panels shall be suitable for 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 50Hz supply system, lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel before fabrication. Galvanized hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of panels.

All Switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top or bottom as required

All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The Busbars insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves.SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used. Padlocking facility shall be provided on all out going feeders doors and switch handles shll be lockable in off position.

Space heater with thermostate & internal lighting shall be provided in all panels.

GA drawings shall be got approved before fabrication.

All ACB/MCCB's /MCB/Equipment shall be as per technical specifications

Approval shall be taken for each panel in the form of shop (GA & SLD) drawings before fabrication.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Cubical type main MV panel board suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz and of 50 KA rupturing capacity at 415 volts, fabricated from minimum 2 mm thick and doors of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated through seven tank process facility for prickling and degreasing complete with mountings, interconnections, earthing etc including mechanical and Electrical Inter locking as required.
