M&L for general overhauling of 10000 gallon IRP plant by opening/ de-asembling the plant including replacement of worn out parts if required (which shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) washer (GI), nuts, bolts and other minor parts not specifically mentioned shall also be replaced where required for proper functioning of IRP plant complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of filter media complete from mild steel shell of iron removal plant 10000 GPH of dimension 2.25 metre dia and 1.5 metre height and pressure filter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scraping, de-scaling cleaning external surfaces of mild steel shell with necessary prepration of surfaces on external surface of iron removal plants including pipeline complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Scraping, de-scaling cleaning internal surfaces of mild steel shell with necessary preparation of surfaces on internal surface of iron removal plant and softening plant complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only MnO2 compound as filter media of iron removal plant of existing type complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and incorporation of GRAVEL and sand' as filter media of iron removal plant of existing type and size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing PVC strainers double nut type as per sample provided for iron removal plant /pressure filter and taking out old u/s one complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair pressure guage with fittings for iron removal plant of existing type, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation and painting of 10000 gallon IRP plant (inside) with black bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer zinc chrome primer and (outside) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for nylon wire mesh including tightening by copper wire as required on IRP softening plant inside including taking out old damaged wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exiting MS/ CI/ DI pipe and fitting of 100/80mm bore by opening, joint cleaning and removing silt, rust by using wire brush and flushing with clean water for both inside & outside of pipes and fittings, painting the outside surface of pipe & fittings with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and re-fixing in exiting position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out & re-fixing after servicing of butterfly valve of size 100 mm dia by using wire brush emery cloth paper, HCL acid and flushing out fresh water, painting the outer surface handle with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm bore cast iron butterfly valves, (ISI marked) conforming to IS-13095-2020 both end flanged,with stainless steel spindle, iron hand wheel including all necessary fixing and jointing arrangement such as MS nuts,bolts, washers and gasket etc and testing complete including taking down old unserviceable butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed. Make: KALPANA / UPADHYA / Zoloto / Leader/ Audco/RMCO or as per exisiting make.

Supply & fix PVC 15 mm bib tap of PTMT including taking out old unserviceable bib tap complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Prayag / Polytuf/M/S Sak Plast Pvt Ltd.

Supply & fix gun metal horizontal check valve 20 mm dia including taking out old unsv check valve complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Zoloto/Venus/Upadhyaya.

Material & labour for Arrow marking indicating flow of water direction by white paint of size length 8" and breadth 1" on pipe line of IRP/ rising main, delivery line & wash out line etc including writing of SMNO/MES No complete all as specified and directed. Make of paint:- Asian / Berger / Jenson & Nicholson / Shalimar.

M&L for cutting hard standing /road for laying of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for filling and making good to disturbed surfaces of road/ hardstanding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, and fix in repair, making joint test and connecting PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flat submersible cable of multistranded copper conductors of size 4 sq mm, 3-core, 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing including connection/ testing and commissioning direct on line type motor starter AC 3 Phase 415 Volt 50 Hz enclosed in steel sheet enclosure suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP motor with single phase preventer after taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Taking out wet type sewage pumping set of capacity of 4 HP/ 5 HP (vertical turbine pump) from sewage sump alongwith ERW column pipe and transporting to work shop for repair, dismantling the wet type sewage pump (vertical turbine pump) of any make and assessing to the extent of repair, cleaning,overhauling, greasing etc, replacement of spares and reassemble including minor parts like nuts, bolts washers etc duly painted with black bituminous paint on column pipe and one coats of synthetic enamel paint, including preparation of surfaces and transporting from workshop to site after complete repair, reinstallation of the pump, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The spares shall be paid separately, under appropriate items as supply only. The labour component involved in replacing spares is deemed to included in the quoted rate. (ii) Rewinding of motor, if so required, shall be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for re-winding of motor capacity 5HP to 7.5 HP for non clogging centrifugal/ Submersible type Sewage pumping set with same gauge as per existing and same number of turns of super enamelled solid copper conductor including providing core insulation, heat varnishing, testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of Electrical Panel board including cleaning the panel checking all wires, contactors, MCB, MCCBs, starter, relay, tightening the loose connections, replacement of burnt wires, thimbles/lugs, connectors, LED indicators etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Major parts like MCCB, Contactors, relays shall be measured in respective items taken as supply only:- Make:- L&T or equivalent in C&S/Legrand

Repairs and servicing of high pressor single head gear motor adjustable dosing pump electrically controlled 230 volt, 50 Hz, single phase, continuous rotor type,including striping out the burnt winding and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of the same gauge varnishing and drying, re-erecting, testing and commissioning, including replacement of DE and NDE bearings / bush shaft seal, any other minor parts required for proper functioning, painting the set with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ductile iron Fittings/ CI fittings such as bends (any type radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc ), Tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars caps and plugs etc suitable for upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm bore cast iron Non Return Valve flanged both ends including all necessary fixing and jointing arrangement such as MS nuts, bolts, washers & gasket, etc and testing including taking down old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed. Repairs and servicing of Low pressure centrifugal pump set with 3 phase induction motor of capacity 10 HP for washing equipment having a discharge of 450 LPM at apressure of 5 kg/sqcm ,cleaning the inside of stator, rotor, varnishing and drying, re-erecting, testing and commissioning, including replacement of DE and NDE bearings, shaft seal, any other minor parts required for proper functioning, painting the set with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface all as specified and directed.
