Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly ash bricks 230x110x70mm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supply and apply of two coats of puyyt of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC Surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machineand the surface shall be thorouly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing.The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours.It shall then be sand papared (water proof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface.Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat ofmputty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly,etc,complete compying with stanard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officer.(The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheelcost of sand paper(water proof abrasive sheet),cost of putty,scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth,etc,complete).the putty should be got approved by Executive engineer before use on work.

Plastering with CM 1:4, 20mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dses

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Exterior emulsion Paint over one coat of Primaring coat of Plastic exterior emulsion over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
