Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation/laying of pipe etc and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick masonary valve chamber of size 0.90 m x 0.90 m x 0.90 m (internal size) and MS cover including earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of the following.

150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work 230 mm thick built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) internally and externally to exposed surface of brick work including 150 mm below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

100 mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MS covers made out of 5 mm thick MS plate with double hinges, fixed MS angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron 40 x 40 x5 mm thick including 150 mm long hold fast made out of MS flat iron of size 25 x 4 mm embedded in PCC coping MS covers shall be provided with suitable hand grip and suitable locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All MS surfaces shall ,be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primercomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 4 above herein before but of size 0. 60 m x 0 .60m x 0.60 m Internal size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old GI tubing 100/80 mm bore medium grade from trenches/wall/floor etc including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 6 above 25 mm bore GI tubing

Supply and fix GI tubes medium grade of 100 mm dia complete with all fittings (like; union, tee, bend, elbow, reducer, socket) to be fixed on wall and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for painting to WATER SUPPLY/ FIRE SUPPLY LINE core points/ box/ pit chamber any dia after preparation of old painted surface by proper cleaning and then applying ONE COAT OF RED OXIDE PRIMER AND two coat of synthetic enamelled paint as per existing colour code or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling the damaged / unserviceable step ladder and design, fabricate supply fix / install step ladder made out of MS angle iron, solid iron/hollow rod/MS flats of suitable size with length as required as per site requirement and with the step gap of minimum 10 inch including welding , cutting, drilling etc matching grouting arrangement including making good to the disturbed surfaces and painting the step ladder with the two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of metal primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC/ inter locking tiles/ Road cutting for laying of Pipe and making good after laying the Pipe with PCC 1:2:4 to match the existing surface up to and including 15cm in depth and n.exc 0.6m width complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old u/s Sluice valve with iron wheel head including all connected accessories of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix NRV valve (ISI Marked ) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe for following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
