Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work and stainless steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F Collapsible steel gates ,top hung,consisting of channel pickets,pivoted flat bars,top and bottom runners ,brass handles etc as spd ,erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete all as spd and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coat of antirust PU enamel paint over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation in repair of stainless steel 304 grade Pre-fabricated free standing PUFF insulated wall panels of thickness of 50mm & of width maximum of 1180mm and minimum of 100mm, produced in a double band laminator i.e., of SS (304) sheet of 0.8 mm thick at front side & PPGI sheet of 0.5mm thick at back side of the panel, in which they are firmly bonded together and sandwiched with core consisting of rigid polyurethane foam injected under high pressure with a minimum density of 40 kg/m3. The individual wall panels shall use with Silicon sealant to provide seamless operating room for joining two panels, no welding will be allowed. Necessary provision shall be made for openings where ever necessary for door, power sockets, windows etc.

Supply and installation in repair of hermetically sealed swing type door of size 1800mm x 2100mm made of SS304 sheet of thickness 0.8 mm for Door Leaf and SS 304 sheet of thickness 1.2mm for Door Frame and designed to fit flush into the wall panel system on both sides. Standard 50mm panel shall have frame width of 100mm. Shutters shall be of 45mm thick sealed and PUFF insulated with polyurethane foam injected under high pressure with a minimum density of 40 kg/m3. Door shall be fitted with following accessories as part of the door: Stainless steel hinges 3Nos per leaf, Stainless Steel 'D' type handles, Stainless steel push plates on push side. Standard arm door closure (TS-1002)& tower bolt. View panel along with self-adhesive tape and silicon sealant. One side key operated locking arrangement, Automatic door bottom seal at the bottom of shutter.

Supply and fix in repair plain ceiling system consisting of 600 mm x 600mm tiles (As per IS: 2095-1996: Part I) of pre coated galvanised aluminium in 0.7 mm thickness in required colour to be laid “on grid systems with 15 mm wide T - section flanges in required colour having rotary stitching on the 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees. The grid should be GI of make “Armstrong/Gyproc /equivalent make ”with 15mm wide T - section flanges in required colour shade having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the main runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm. Tees with a web height of 32 mm. Perimeter trim to be Armstrong/Gyproc /equivalent make as specified in Appx 'B' of PS hereinafter, wall angles of size 19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centres including necessary fitting and 6 mm butter fly hook GI suspenders fixed to slab using steel fastener in ceiling all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) guard bars in repairs made of square bars, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of walls with suitable arrangement

S & F in repairs 12mm thick plywood grade BWR fixed with screws including fixed with screws/teakwood beading/aluminium beading to wooden or Aluminium frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 1 mm decorative acrylic laminate glossy finish of surface finish , colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction.

S&F in repairs solar control film exc.1.5 sqm 50 mic reflective type sticked to glass panes icluding cleaning the glass as per instructions of manufacturers.
