Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying CI/GI pipe lines and under ground cables including segragation of sand, bricks and stacking compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down CI /GI tubing along with connections and fittings and keeping in safe coustody the serviceable items for reuse and removal of unserviceable items from site of work for following size :-

Relaying only CI/GI pipes any grade in trenches removed from Sl item No.4

Supply and fixing in cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6, 150 mm bore with flanged ends ISI mark with Gun metal spindle CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle with jointing material such as nuts /bolts washers and rubber insertion sheet etc including taking out old U/S sluice valve complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing glass sheet size 60 cms x 60 cm x 4 mm thick in MS box including fixing with beading for putting complete all as speicified and directed by Engr in - charge (Beading if required shall be measured and paid separterly )

Supply and fixing sheet metal fire box 16 gauge of size cover all size 75 x 75 x 20 cms thick welded to MS angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm and legs (02 Nos ) welded to angle iron frame at one end of other embaded in cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B-1 block size 45 x 45 x 45 cms including mounting 'L' type hook for supporting hose pipe including Plastic sheet 60 x60 cm x 4 mm thick fixed to steel frame as indoor covering fixed with 100 mm long medium weight butt hindges (02 Nos ) and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer writing letter "Box for hose Pipe " with white paint including taking out old unserviceable box complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal brass coupling out let for fire hydrant suitable for coupling to hose pipe 70 mm dia including taking out unserviceable coupling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing hose pipe rubberised fiber 70 mm dia ISI marked each length 30 Mtr with gun metal male and female coupling duly winding with wire suitable for fire hydrant 65 mm bore including taking out old unserviceable hose pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-charge (Make Padmini ISI Marked )

Supply & fixing fire hydrant stand post 100 mm bore made out of cast iron complete suitable for fixing cast iron bush both end threaded 65 mm bore.

Material and Labour for dismantling the suction and delivery line from the defective centrifugal pumping set of any make i.e pump and motor. Transporting pumping set to work shop, dismantling pumping set and taking out defective wornout parts i.e MS Gland, shaft key, Gun metal shaft, sleeve, ball bearing, locking nuts, Impeller, MS shaft, CI coupling etc, cleaning the casing with wire brush and washing with water, repairing the pump set, replacing defective wornout parts assembling to its original form and bringing back to site of work complete, reconnecting suction, delivery pipe line and couple with electric motor testing for satisfactory running and continuous flow of water complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following capacities:-

(a) 100HP Capacity

(b) 75 HP Capacity

(c) 20/25 HP Capacity (Jockey Pump)

Supply only orthotolidine reagenet for chlorine test in 500 ml bottle of make - glaxo / SDS / Ran baxy

Disconnecting the electric connection of the defective electric motor of any make from panel board, starter, dismentling from centrifugal pumping set, Transporting to work shop and dismantling motor, taking out burnt copper winding of stator, cleaning the casing of stator with wire brush, repair to rotor by turning, polishing and truing, rewinding the motor using super enameled insulated copper wire of existing gauge varnishing, drying complete, re-assembling the motor to its original form after replacement of defective ball bearing of existing size - 02 Nos, bringing back to site of work, recoupling with centrifugal pump set, reconnecting the electrical connection one testing on load for satisfactory running all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for following capacity of motors :-

Taking down old unserviceable panel and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Star Delta starter panel capacity 35 HP panel size 80 cm x 60 cm x 40 cm enclosures cubical weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed of suitable size to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system 415 Volts, 50HZ double door with front openable with locking arrangement including inner shutters for mounting switch gear etc, bottom gland plate with sufficient numbers of circular cable entry holes, including PCC 1:3:6 if foundation & coping at site work, prewired complete duly powder coated with comprising of the following :-

Attending complaints by deploying sufficient labour (Skilled and helpers) for repair to leakage/blockage of underground water carrying pipes, size 40 to 225 mm bore of any description such as AC/GI/CI/DI, at any location including necessary excavation & earth work, cutting existing pipe lines, dewatering etc complete all as specified.

NOTE:- (i) Complaint shall be notified to contractor on telephone, therefore it is mandatory for the contractor to mention his ‘Mobile Number’ while quoting the tender and also give mobile number to Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of work.

(ii) Complaint shall be notified to contractor at any time between 0600 hrs to 2000 hrs and the same shall be immediately attended and defects rectified within six hrs from notification of complaint to the contractor.

(iii) Confirmation of attendance & rectification of complaint shall be given in writing by the contractor and same shall be recorded in the ‘Register’ maintained for the purpose. The ‘Register’ shall be produced to GE on demand.

(iv) In case the contractor fails to attend complaints within stipulated time (i.e. 6 hrs), a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 300/- per complaint.

(v) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed included the cost of necessary T& P required.

(vi) Pipes and cost of jointing shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for disconnecting electric connection and pipe connection and taking out subermisible pump & motor of capacity 25 to 35 HP from bore well and taking to workshop for repair and removal of burnt winding wire from motor and rewinding with new PVC insulated copper winding wire for submersible motor of same gauge and weight to existing including replacement of motor bush, thrust plate coupling complete with key and reassembling the motor with pump and taking back to site, lowering it into bore well making it functional and testing complete all as specified.

All as per ser item No 37 here in-before but 15 to 20 HP

Repair/replacement of unserviceable part of submersible pump capacity 25 to 30 HP such as gun metal bush impellor assembly shaft locking key and MS nuts & bolts of existing size and reassembling the pump with motor and making it functional all as specified.

M&L for cleaning and flushing of RCC over head reservoir of capacity 50000 gallons at 70 feet staging removing of silt and suldge to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from GP etc deposited inside the tank cleaning entire internal surface of tank with bleaching powder and flushing with water complete all as specified including on RCC suface " Tank cleaned on __________" with synthetic enamelled paint.
