Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank as per SS20B with all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges such as bailing out water shoring strutting, walling and forming protective bunds whereever necessary etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for DRESSING THE BED UPTO SILL LEVEL AND FLEXIBLE APRONS.

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except hardrock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidential charges such as baling our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION OF RAFT.

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-30 Grade, Design Mix, using 20mm & 12mm ISS size hard granite broken graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labor charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete , working at depths , tools and plants and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications, for CUT OFF WALLS BELOW SILL LEVEL.

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-30 Grade, Design Mix, using 20mm & 12mm ISS size hard granite broken graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labor charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete , working at depths , tools and plants and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications, for RAFT BELOW SILL LEVEL.

Filling in side the raft with quarry dust including cost and conveyance of sand to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc., complete for filling inside the raft.

Providing filter media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media as per MoRT&H's (Roads Wing) specifications for Roads and Bridges " Fourth Revision Cl. 309-3-2-13 and 305 -4-4 etc., complete.

Filling behind Abutmants and wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite,laying,handling charges and filling in layers,tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering,with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc,complete for filling behind the abutment and wings and for rigid aprons.-

Providing and fixing PVC EXPANSION JOINT in between deck slabs over abutment and pier as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete.1 set

Granite rough stone dry packing for the specified thickness for apron using good size granite rough stone, properly wedged with quarry spalls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site labour charges for packing the same in position and all other incidental charges etc, complete for FLEXIBLE APRON.

Providing and laying Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 125mm thickness or else as specified on the prepared sub-Base with graded stone aggregate and granular materials of quality size and grading placed in layers as specified including mixing in Base mix plant,spreading in nuiform layer in motor grader and compacting with Vibrating Roller of 80 to 100kN static weight and ffine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing,equipment safety measures, testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per Technical Specification Clause 406 and as directed by Engineer.

Proivding and laying of Prime coat using Emulsion Bitumen(SS-1) at the rate of 7.00kg/sq.m over the WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it.

Proivding and laying of Tack coat using Emulsion Bitumen (RS-1) at the rate of 2.50kg/sq.m over the promer treated WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it.

Proivding and laying of Open Premix carpet with seal coat over the treated WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it.

Diversion Road

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines , grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer for Carted Eath with a lead of 2km for formation of Diversion Road.
