Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 03 Cusec Capacity Horizontal Pump with 15 Meter Dynamic Head Coupled to 35 HP Horizontal Sq. Cage Induction Motor through a suitable size coupling along with base frame and foundation bolts as per the design. One unit operational and another one being proposed is a Standby Unit (NPSHA-3.70 Meters) The job includes fitment of already available Suction and Delivery pipes of existing/old Diesel Driven Unit with the new Pump Motor Assembly after proper alignment, welding and cutting jobs including fitment of increaser/reducer/flanges during installation process.

Fabrication, providing, fitting of MS foundation bolts T type at the bottom. The bolts shall be fabricated out of 20 mm thick MS round bars and 900 mm long bar. The T piece shall be 150 mm long and shall be welded. The bolts shall be threaded up to 75 mm at the top. Each bolt shall be fitted with nuts and washers of required size. The bolts shall be grouted in the above cement concrete block for fixing of the base frame of the pumping unit.

Manufacture, Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning at site 100 KVA Capacity Copper wound voltage stabilizer. (To be used for simultaneous operation of both units during peak irrigation season) The stabilizer shall be manually operated, oil cooled suitable for working on 3 phases 50+ 3% HZ AC voltage. The core shall be contained in a box type container made out of 2 mm thick Mild Steel plate. The container shall be painted in two coats of steel primer both inside and outside and with two coats of super enamel paint of grey shade (Spray paint) from outside the tank. The box shall be provided with suitable cooling pipes to dissipate the heat generated. Hooks of proper size for lifting stabilizer shall be provided on the top of the tank. The container of the stabilizer shall be mounted on wheels for easy shifting/positioning as and when required. Copper strips of suitable size shall be used for winding and fiber glass insulating material shall be used for insulating of copper strips. The core of the stabilizer shall be fabricated out of first class silicon 92 gradesheets cut to the size and then tightened securely. The stabilizer shall have suitable insulated lugs of appropriate size of cable connection. i) The indicating glass of the transformer oil shall also be provided on the transformer body. ii) Voltage Range=Input = 240-500 volts iii) Output = 400/440 volts iv) Tape Changer=Manually operated balance tapings with tape position Indicator. The stabilizer shall be filled with transformer oil for reputed make upto the required level. All the accessories and meters shall be of reputed makes and shall confirm to relevant ISI standards.
