Dismantling of unserviceable GI wire of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of LT insulators of any type, size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, test, install & commissioning of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole mechanically operated suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting (suitable for existing one) on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps and connecting up with jumpers, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, connecting and testing , single pole zinc oxide (gap less surge type), heavy duty, station class, self supporting outdoor type lighting arresters having rated voltage 09 KV (RMS), discharge current 10 KA insulation level 28/75 KV/KVp (peak) suitable for rated system voltage of 12 KV supply system with maximum continuous operating voltage (MCOV) not less than 7.65 KV (RMS) with highly non linear ceramic resister made of zinc oxide in dermetically sealed container, complete, with metal base, base insulator and suitable terminals for ground connections and pressure releiving arrangement, fixing with suitable nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L pin type/post top, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11 KV grade including one galvanised iron washer, nut and pin complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, stringing and fixing of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) OH conductor of any type including binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm dia stay rod including Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain,white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm including taking out old u/s one complete all specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5M wide and exc.1.5M & upto 3.0M tin depth for foundation of stay/ pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M/L in repair for Plain Cement concrete 1:4;8 type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base of foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M/L in repairs for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate in foundation including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M/L in repairs for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for horizontal boring mechanically across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80/40 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ).

M&L for Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE not less than 50 mm outer dia ( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earting pit should be cover with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover of size 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item : After completion earth resistance shall be recorded with earth megger and the record should be submitted to to department duly signed by contractor.

Supply & fixing in replacement of cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps etc fabricated from steel including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement Aerial Bunch Cable 3 core x 95 sqmm + 1 x70 sqmm massanger, aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, UV resistant black outer sheathed, coforming to IS:7098 (Part-2) including fixing on 11 mtr HT poles with suitable GI suspension clamps, deade end clamps, piercing connectors, line hardware, binding materials with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Anchoring Clamps with hooks suitable for all sizes of ABC cables.

Tensioning Clamps suitable for all sizes of ABC cables.

Supply and fixing Dead end clamps for LT/HT Cables.

M&L for Shifting of existing VCB from existing location to new location with the help of crane including necessary T&P including Servicing, comprising of overhauling and refixing the same after repairs: Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound and any damaged parts etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/inspection.

Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required.

Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and cicuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required.

Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc.

Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism.

Servicing/Inspecting/checking of secondary sockets/busbar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required.

Checking, setting and adjustment of lowering and raising operation of the breaker trolley.

Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly.

The inspection of HT switch gear shall involve the following:-

Inspection of truck & hoist assembly.

Inspection of tank assembly & barriers.

Inspection of assembly & components of solenoid assembly.

Inspection of assembly & components of dependent mechanism.

Inspection of assembly & components of spring box mechanism.

Inspection of motor mechanism spring charge assembly

Inspection of assembly of trip unit & related components.
