Aluminium for 3 Track Window Supply and fixing of factory made complete set of heavy-duty aluminium 3-track sliding window with 3 shutters (2 glass shutters + 1 SS wire mesh shutter), fabricated from Jindal Aluminium (or approved equivalent) heavy-duty powder coated sections having minimum 50 micron powder coating, comprising outer frame of size 95 × 45 mm and shutter section of size 45 × 25 mm, with minimum section thickness of 1.8 mm for outer frame and 1.5–1.6 mm for shutters, suitable for 19 mm DGU glass. The window shall be complete with 19mm glazing beads, EPDM gaskets, wool pile, SS304 heavy-duty double roller bearings having minimum load carrying capacity of 50–60 kg per shutter, metal body concealed crescent lock, interlock clips, drain holes, SS304 wire mesh with 1.6 mm aperture for mesh shutter, approved sealant with backer rod for perimeter sealing, all necessary accessories, fittings, fixtures, fasteners and hardware, complete in all respects as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

DGU Glass Providing and fixing 19 mm thick Double Glazed Unit (DGU) glass comprising 5 mm thick clear toughened glass + 9 mm Argon gas filled cavity with aluminium spacer filled with molecular sieve desiccant + 5 mm thick clear toughened glass, factory manufactured and hermetically sealed with primary polyisobutylene (PIB) seal and secondary structural silicone seal, complete with compatible EPDM gaskets, glazing beads, setting blocks, approved weather sealant, all necessary accessories, fittings and fixtures, fixed in aluminium sliding window system, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Accoustic Pannel Providing and fixing Knauf/Saint gobin Channelled Woodworks Acoustic Panel, Model LG1012 (G-13) of size 2400 × 192 × 15 mm, manufactured from Moisture Resistant MDF with decorative laminate finish in approved shade and melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The panel shall have 3 mm wide grooves with 13 mm visible panel (G-13 Pattern), tongue & groove edges for concealed clip fixing, and factory bonded Soundtex acoustic fleece on the rear face. The panel shall achieve NRC up to 0.85 with 50 mm air gap and 50 mm thick glass wool/rock wool, tested as per ASTM C423, and shall have humidity resistance up to RH 70%. Panels shall be fixed on Knauf Aluminium Extruded Keel (Grade 6063-T5) using concealed clips, complete with aluminium framework, fixing accessories and installation as per the manufacturer's specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 50 mm thick Glass Wool/Rock Wool shall be paid separately. Aluminium framework, keel, concealed clips and all fixing accessories are included in this item.
