Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS- 13712, grade B-II - (a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed / bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for dark shade Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23 here-in-before but in skirting over a backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (12.5mm graded aggre-gate) finished concrete surfaces veen and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directeed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base/sunken floor (75mm thick) finishing the surface even & rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
