Dismantling, wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sq cm in section in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) n exc 1.50 Sqm each and removed to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L second class soft wood, plain fillets, square or rectangular in section of area exc 13 and n exc 25 Sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L second class soft wood, plain fillets, square or rectangular in section of area exc 6 and n exc 13 Sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L second class soft wood, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face n exc 3 and Sqcm sectional area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 9mm thick, prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick, prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminated and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium anodised coloured powered coated frame work as in partition wall/door /chawkhats/ window / deco grills using any suitable section conforming to IS-733 and IS-1285 amd coating grade A-153 confirming to IS-1868 fixed with rawl plug and screw or with fixing clips with expansion hold fasteners including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium map beading packing anodised aluminium map beading screws, anodised aluminium fittings etc gap of junction at top, bottom & slides filled with PVC/Neoprene felt, handles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/M icluding necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading , screws etc, as in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 19mm dia teak wood finish curtain rod of good qaulity etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wooden brackets for wooden curtain rod of matching colour etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq. mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps, independent, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 24482.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
