M & L for demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and demolition procedure like cutting out of full depth of (100 to 450mm) existing damaged/shattered concrete slab with diamond wheel cutter or carbide tipped wheel saw to provide a pressure relief cut within the patch area prior to boundary sawing, in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape perimeter without disturbing adjacent slab, after the repair area is isolated by full - depth saw cuts, making small pieces, lift and removing the deteriorated concrete slab pieces from its position and removing to a distance exc 1.0 Km and not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified.

M & L for laying dry lean concrete (DLC) of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 days average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density, necessary finishing etc complete all as per specified and tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of Morth specifications for road and bridge work 2013.

Sand filling under floors or in any position including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking paver block all as specified.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE Sheet (Virgin quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390gm/Sqm over tack coat/Sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Sand layer shall be measured and paid separately and overlapping of HDPE sheet shall be included in this unit rate.

Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 Kg/Cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39. UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as per specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1, 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017.

Supply only non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement all as manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry by saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vaccum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with the premoulded 25mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 mins before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed link polyethylene foam packup rod of 30mm dia, over filler baord and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS- 5212, BS-4254 & EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape after filling of sealent all as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting. (ii) Final cutting, rounding of edges, use and waste of back up rod to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto final filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days

Cutting of construct joints 25 mm deep and 10mm wide by early entry by saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vaccum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 mins before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed link polyethylene foam packup rod of 12mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS- 5212, BS-4254 & EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joint and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent complete all as per the method specified by the manufacturer as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting. (ii) Final cutting, rounding of edges, use and waste of back up rod to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto final filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days

M & L cutting out existing damaged concrete slab with cutter in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape correction of cracks, Edges, Repair of potholes and undulations Providing and laying of single component self-leveling PU based fast setting elastomeric concrete like ShaliPatch EC / DELPATCH or equivalent as approved by GE, after through mixing with and electrically operated paddle stirrer having setting time of 1 to 1 1/2 hour and yeild of 1800 kg/cum with a prior coat polyurethane based single component fast drying primer like ShaliPrime PUM or equilent applying @ 100ml/Spm after cutting the damaged area to proper geometrical shape with min depth of 25 and clearing the surface throughly with air jet.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete cover slab and removing the debris to a distance not exc 500m as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns hooking ends and binding with and clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40cm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in haunching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggreagate) as in coping including wathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick surface and finising plastered surface with using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L add over item No. 20.00 for extra for forming fair finished drain or channle 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form moulds mitered/ stopepd ends etc

M&L add extra for item No. 20.00 & 21.00 for additional 25 mm inner girth over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preperation of new painted bituminous / concrete, flexible or rigid surfaces over 10 cm width and applying two coat of runway marking paint water based (white/golden yellow/Black) over a coat of primer to lines, dashes arrows, letters etc with necessary painting rollers, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.
