Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, in camouflage pattern, any tinted , including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in (camouflage pattern), including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old Painted surfaces of AC Sheets by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, any tinted as in (camouflage pattern), including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic based distemper emulsion (exterior grade), two coats, in camouflage pattern, any tinted over a coat of suitable primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows,letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, acua based white or golden yellow including preparation of old painted surface by rubbing and washing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for Item No. 4 to 7 : the Items may required to be done in patches also. Note for Item No. 1 to 8 : The work is for maintenance of various assests. Demand for works will be given to contractor as per requirement through out the contract period. Contractor shall have no extra claim on this account.

M&L for racking out joint, removing old any sealing compound ,dirt from Expansion joint average width of joint 20mm, wide and 40 mm deep clearing the joint sides properly by mechanical means, and filled with provision of closed cell ,medium density cross linked polyethene foam backup rod of 25 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints priming top with specified primer suitable for polyurathene sealing compound and filling polyurathene sealent 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealent on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for racking of joints, removing old sealing compound, dirt etc from Dummy /Construction of 30 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' Filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 12mm dia,priming top 12 mm (two coat) and filling with polyurethene/ polysulphide based sealing compound using masking tape on edges of joint to avoid accidental slippage of sealant on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete/bituminous surface of any description over 10cm girth or width and applying two coat of road marking paint (water based grade-2) conforming to IS 164-1981 (any tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines on road with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint, 10cm wide or exc with confirimg to MORTH specifications mechanically applied to form a 1.5mm thick film with reflective glass powder on road surface including cleaning and dring the existing road surface to ensure dust oil, grease and moisture free surface before appling the paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced)

M&L 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregte) as in sub base or mass concreting complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver with grey cement and pigment block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over sand cusion complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and setting in mortar, complete built/set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting on new wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
